Of all the all, you can eat sushi places I’ve tried in Las Vegas. This is my favorite. Their sushi are always fresh and they don’t give you a lot of rice with them. I especially love their eel, the scallop and uni sushi. The first time we were there we didn’t have good service. But last week this young Asian man who waited on me was great!

I came to this location for the first time since I moved here recently. I used the Drive Thru during the lunch time rush on Saturday before Xmas. And let me just say this…WOW, they were SOOOOOO fast and efficient! I went to the screen to order and she was nice on the speaker. When I went to the first window to pay, the lady processed the payment quick, I was only there under 30 seconds after paying her in cash! Then I drove up to the next window and the african American woman (I couldn’t see her name tag…sorry) was super nice, smiling the whole time. She already had my orders in her hand, and this was done like in 15 seconds! And remember, this is DURING the lunch hour with many cars in the lane, and they were processing all of our orders super quick which surprised the HELL out of me! My order wise, (big mac combo, and fillet o fish combo) were all great, HOT, and satisfying. Would I recommend this location?….Heck yes. Service through the drive through was A plus. I didn’t go inside, so to be fair, I can’t comment on the cleanliness or any issues indoors. But drive thru wise, AWESOME workers! THANKS

I had a really disappointing experience here. The place was dirty — there was garbage under the seats, and no one seemed to be cleaning the tables. On top of that, they didn’t include any ketchup or sauces with my order, even though I asked for them. When I went to request the missing sauces, they tried to charge me extra for them. This kind of service is unacceptable and really took away from the overall experience.
They said it’s the new policies.

Hey Googlers’! Mickey Ds has to be favorites and my goto for fast food. The value menu hits the spot every time.
Growing up my most memorable mornings were going with my dad and brother to Mc Donald’s for breakfast. Now today with my daughter, we enjoy the same times. Making that quick drive because there’s always one super close.. .Doing all the things like checking if the fries are hot. You guys know what I’m talking about. And the soda! Something about a coke cola from McDonald’s ❤️ If I have any recommendations, I would get the McDonald’s app. There’s always sweet deals on there. GET THE APP!

Great Manager & Most Staff – But One Employee LEO Was Extremely Rude

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s location while traveling and dealing with some very tough personal challenges (fighting a Workers’ Comp claim, searching for my stolen cat, and trying to retrieve my stolen dog). Today I used my McDonald’s app points—earned from my own spending and disability income—to get breakfast and coffee. I’ve been sitting here quietly for about an hour, drinking my coffee and minding my business, as many customers do.

The manager has been incredibly polite and accommodating, and most of the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and professional. I really appreciate that.

However, LEO was blatantly rude. He spoke in Spanish right in front of me, making fun of me for “sitting here for an hour just drinking coffee,” laughing with other staff and making a spectacle. He clearly thought I wouldn’t understand what he was saying. It was humiliating and unnecessary. I’m a paying customer using my points, not causing any trouble, and I have every right to be here. Another polite employee very nicely asked him for his name for me and he was extremely rude to him too, for absolutely no reason!

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the location. Please address it with this employee. The rest of the team is doing a great job—especially the manager—but one bad apple can ruin the experience.

Thank you to the kind staff who made me feel welcome. I hope this gets resolved.

This mcdonalds in particular is so TRASH. The food is always cold and mediocre. You literally have to ask them to make it fresh for it to be fresh. Its never just done. I havent been there one time and the food was good.

My online order was cancelled even though I arrived before lunch. I submitted the order 30 minutes prior and arrived within 10 minutes before lunch starts. The kid running the drive through said sorry we cancelled the order and didn’t even offer to ask if we wanted something else. This is either poor customer service overall or poor management.

I understand new hires need to be trained but this particular person was not being watched, how do i know she was new? there was a guy training her when i pulled up and then he disappeared leaving her fluster at the drive thru window she handed me 2 out of 5 of my drinks i asked her she stared at me until i said what it was.. she shove the drive thru the window then she told me rudely go park in front.

Another worker then comes out to the parking spot to hand me my food not even by the side of my door but by my hood almost dropping my order because she was so far from my window trying to reach the edge of the door in a frantic with kids crying i quickly took my order and left when at home to only find out I was still missing one item my Mcflurry.

It’s not worth the drive back to correct the mistake and not to mention the burgers were a mess pickles UNDER the burger like how was that the first item on the wrapper? semi hard burnt buns soggy fries i felt like i had someones leftovers… but luckily i had some hamburger buns at home. i don’t know why i continue to come back to this place.

I came in and it was pretty dead inside. Amd I ordered only two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. After about 4 minutes they came to me and said o we are out of eggs and it will be a little time. And asked if I want just one. I said no I want the two. And they said ok it will be a little bit. Not cool at all.

Breakfast is always fresh but lunch/dinner they make a bunch of McChickens and cheeseburgers ahead of time. If you don’t customize your order you’ll receive whatever has been sitting there.
