One of the best McDonald’s in the area. The food is nice and warm. The french fries are usually fresh. Can’t ask for more for a McDonald’s honestly. The only annoying part is that the drive through area is too small for the amount of demand. You end up blocking traffic due or end up waiting in the street which ends up with you getting honked off or causing a temporary annoyance.

We stopped at this drive-through thinking it would be a quick bite for our kids after a four-hour drive to Las Vegas. Instead, it turned into a 40-minute wait, only for us to end up with the wrong order. We didn’t even realize it until we were back on the road and at that point, there was no going back. After waiting that long the first time, we weren’t about to risk another 40 minutes all over again just to get what we originally ordered.
The staff didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t seem to care, and acted like the delay was completely normal. The food we did get was cold, the service was painfully slow, and the attitude from the employees was unbelievable. It honestly felt like no one there had any pride in their job or any concern for their customers.
Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location, and sure enough, there are tons of similar complaints. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s a consistent problem with how this place is run.
This experience was so bad that it completely turned us off from McDonald’s as a brand. Not only will we never return to this location, but we’re done with McDonald’s altogether.

*I went there around 8AM, Placed a online order in the parking lot, then head inside. When I got inside, the meal and drink was sitting on the counter already. Which means they finished it in about a minute. That is really fast. The timing of the day may be a factor too though. Certain hours of the day is more busy, like people’s lunch break or before/after their shift.

Yes I realize this is McDonald’s but after waiting in drive thru for 20min I finally got my mc crispy which I had never tried before… Take my word for it, don’t try it. It’s not even as good as the spicy chicken. Actually it’s flat out nasty with a super thin piece of what they claim is chicken that tastes like it’s breading has gone bad. Really the only thing edible was the bun. And all that for the outrageous price of almost 8 bucks just for the sandwich.

Bathroom facilities are disgusting. A Saturday morning at 10am when there had been plenty of time to clean a bathroom but my wife said it was one of the most disgusting bathrooms she has seen in a fast food restaurant.

Every time I order through the app. This morning after entering the table number and finishing the order, the food I ordered did not come out after 20 minutes, so I checked and told me that they did not take the table order and called the order number (table number) after the food came out, but I did not pick it up. They said they threw away the food, but said they would make it again if you wanted. In the end, I was able to get the food after 35 minutes! / Do you guys change the ordering procedure made at the headquarters?
