This McDonalds has really gone down hill. The food today was pure garbage. Big Macs had dry buns cold stale burger patties. Filet o fish buns were totally dried out and literally crumbled. The only thing barely edible were the fries. It’s getting to where the health department needs to check this place out. Did not feel like getting back in the car and driving back for a pointless complaint to the manager who is the one that should be held accountable for this mess.

Every time I go to that location someone either doesn’t speak English or the cashier at the register is not so customer friendly. The people in the back work hard but the older non English speaking staff needs to work faster and have better customer service, especially towards brown skinned people. I watched multiple white customers get their orders and mines was ordered online over a hour ago. We’re all equal and black people support mcdonald’s way more than any other race. I’d like to see better communication and better customer service and hire people who speak and understand English

usually have a good experience, went later in the night and ordered a hot chocolate and burger, the hot chocolate i received was straight up cold milk, no chocolate, and the burgers had no mayo in them. honestly horrible service, no napkins provided in the bag either which they usually never fail at.

I’ve been to, I don’t know, about 100 different McDonald’s across the country? This is, by far, the worst I’ve been to.

I always stop here for breakfast (order through the Drive-thru) whenever I stay down the road at Red Rock. And McDonald’s coffee is much better than the crap known as Starbucks.

I always order the same thing; a #3 Extra Value Meal (Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit) with a large coffee. And I always specify that I want my coffee black with 2 buckets of cream and 6 packets of Splenda on the side!

And NEVER at this location do I get what I ask for NOR deserve. This includes one of more of the following in a given visit:

-Tepid coffee
-No stir stick (What? Am I gonna stir my coffee with my fingers!?)
-I get Equal and or Sugar instead of Splenda
-I get the opposite: 6 creams and 2 Splendas
-They put the cream and Splenda in the coffee and not on the side AS REQUESTED! As it is, your Splenda dispensers are inefficient and don’t dispense what is equivalent to six packets… and/or your staff are inefficient.
-NO NAPKINS!!
-Some of your staff (specifically young Mexican girls) have an attitude in reacting to me politely showing them what they did wrong or forgot with my order.

And why do you print and give customers receipts that have an adhesive banking!? Not exactly convenient.

manager NEVEAH needs to be fired!! she told the workers to tell me she refused to serve me saying I was taking photos of her through the drive-through even though I just read off my order. We asked to speak to the manager, and she said she didn’t feel like talking to us. We did nothing wrong at all, and all we did was order our food and ready to pay. this is unacceptable and she needs to be fired cause this is no service that anybody should be given especially that we offered to show our camera roll for proof

Horrible service- manager hung up on me after letting them know what was wrong with my order . I ordered 3 ice creams & 3 drinks -1 including a shake all ice creams and shake were melted. I was not home when I got this Postmates order and didn’t get no spoons or straws for my drinks. I’ve contacted the store and got a response “it must be a mistake we get busy” then hung up. I call again to get ladies name and they refuse to provide name as well as denied they spoke with me and hung up(sounds like the same voice) . I then tell them I will call tomorrow to speak with GM. I hang up and turns out the hic orange juice I ordered for my baby was instead a Fanta orange soda. Very unpleasant with experience I always come here and myself is a department manager for MacDonald’s no way to treat our guest.

I had two mobile orders in drive thru. This was too much for them to handle. They brought over the manager that was completely confused and kept trying to tell us if we had mobile orders then we wouldn’t have received receipts. Well sorry to say but we did in fact have mobile orders and they gave us our receipts at the first window. Hard to call us liers when we have both the receipts and mobile orders to match right in front of your face. When we tried to explain we were missing all our food for the second order the manager kept repeating “if you have a receipt then the food for it is in the bag”. I literally had to pull everything out of the bag and be like “so you’re trying to tell me this double cheese burger is actually hot and spicy like on this receipt?”. It was such a ridiculous experience she just wouldn’t listen to anything.

She was incredibly helpful and polite, with a positive attitude that’s truly infectious people like her are rare to find these days! Her service has made me want to keep coming back. I also want to recognize Andrew, who was the first to help me use the self-service machine. He was very polite and patient. This location has completely changed my view of McDonald’s great team and a fantastic experience!
