May very well be one of the best McDonald’s in the world. I am surprised to see this locations overall rating is not closer to 5. Out of my experience with fast food this location stands out for delivering quality and tasty food, with a smile. The workers I can tell work very hard and are there to accommodate customers. I appreciate attentiveness when needing a sauce or napkins. They are very friendly and respectful, despite Sometimes having unruly or difficult customers or sitations arise. Sometimes the staff even will bring the food to your table like a fancy resteraunt ! I often wonder if this location or staff was to be converted into a fine dining resteraunt how succusful it could be. This location and it’s staff are incredibly deserving of raises or bonuses and perhaps an upgrade in lifestyle or work. Thank you to all involved here

Hands down the best and cleanest McDonalds. I cone here once a week for months with my son for the play place. This place is SPOTLESS. The drink-machine you could lick it! The employees are top notch and work their butts off cos this location is busy!
The drive thru parking lot gets difficult. You can get trapped. If you cone for drive theu easiest on non peak hours. The whole team deserves LOTS of kudos. McDonalds is such a special place for kids. Their standards of excellence at this location is what is ideal when thinking about McDonalds as a brand. I don’t usualy post reviews but I had to.

I have been coming to this McDonalds for 20 years and always go through the drive thru. I had to go inside last Saturday 2/21/26 at 2:30 pm and speak to the manager who pretended to not speak English. She gave me a number to call for the General manager that was not valid. I called back several more times and even went back to the restaurant and got zero help. Even several of the employees who recognized me said they were sorry and the manager was useless. I have since called corporate to rectify the matter but will never patronize this McDonalds due to the lack of cleanliness and customer service. This McDonalds does not have the same values others do. The owner should be stripped of his / her franchise.

I’m rather irritated because I called to and a woman answered and I tolder I was calling about my w-2. And immediately there was silence and I was waiting then hung up and I’ve tried calling back for a while and the phone just has a busy tone. I’m trying to resolve a problem and this is how I’m getting treated? This is not right. When I’m following all the step that I should be doing and get blown off and disrespected.

This review is based solely on the performance of Nadia, the girl working the front Register. And no this review is not about her customer service although it was stellar, Nor about the way she was super precise in confirming my delivery order. It was more about how she held it together with so many things going on in front of her. From taking orders with no help, McDonald’s apps not working, system down, disgruntled customers. She handled all that with such poise and a smile the whole time. I told her she is my hero! (To her Mgr. If she wants a Management position she should be promoted on the spot!) oh and the store was decorated super cute and festive.

Im always going to have a biased opinion on this location. They are charging people full price beverages for waters to people who are out in the sweltering heat and obviously homeless to prevent them from getting any. I was so mad about it that One day I just went behind the counter and grabbed a large drink cup and gave it to the Guy. He was a vet! Or so he claimed.

First time visiting the restaurant. Cashier need to open the bathrooms. And the bathrooms were dirty. We ordered 3 cups of ice cream with no cone and they still gave us a cone When lady was making them we tried to stop her by getting her attention but she ignored us, and she delivered the ice cream cup with the cone, when we ask with no cone after getting the ice cream, we explained to them that we did not want it the cones
.We just wanted the ice cream in a cup, they made it into a big deal that we just left kids weren’t really upset about it .
