The food is usually fine….

Lines take forever….

They only give two ketchups for 4 meals….

And then when your two 12 yr olds wanna play in the play place they tell you they aren’t allowed too but that’s the whole reason we come here ….

Disappointed in the service and attitude I get from the older white lady at the front. Especially with her level of cleanliness in the lobby… Not only was it freezing in there but every table was nasty…had to clean a table to sit

Ended up leaving….

They need a new staff at this place. Food was not satisfying, the fries felt crusty old… My ice cream cone was so soggy. I’ve never had an experience like this.

My receipt was very grainy, when I asked for the manager she ignored me. So I had hold the line for a better receipt… Not my fault this how they do things.

I do not recommend this spot to anyone.

Ordered a large mocha frappe with my reward points and expected to get a monopoly play piece… but got an argument saying that I was wrong and that this is a large and I should accept it as is. Considering they worked there for so long…. but I order there everyday. Why argue with the customer?? Someone help them out on knowing sizes.

Tonight, I visited my local McDonald’s to order an apple pie and chicken nuggets. I was informed that the ovens were being cleaned for an upcoming inspection, so pies were unavailable. I instead ordered a 6-piece nugget and a small fry.

While paying at the window, a blonde female employee explained the importance of the upcoming visit; though her attitude was only “okay,” I was understanding of the situation. However, I noticed a male employee in the background repeatedly touching and playing with his hair, which raised concerns regarding food hygiene.

Quality and Service Issues
Upon receiving my order, I checked the fries immediately and found they were cold and tasted old. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, she responded defensively, stating, “I just made them, but give me three minutes.” I waited patiently, but when the fries were returned to me, it was clear they had simply been reheated rather than replaced. They were the same low-quality fries I had just returned.

Unprofessional Conduct
When I arrived home, I called the store to speak with a manager. I first spoke with a woman who asked me to return to the store. I declined, as I had already given them the opportunity to fix the issue on-site. She then put a male employee on the line who was incredibly unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he responded with, “Why?” and “I’m off, I’m just trying to help you.” He eventually admitted, “I know we fed up, I’m trying to help you,”* using completely inappropriate language.

He initially refused to provide his name, but after I stated I would return to the store, he identified himself as William.

Conclusion
This experience was unacceptable. From the lack of basic food hygiene to the use of profanity by staff, the level of service was far below standard. It is clear that this location requires significant retraining for both management and crew to ensure food quality and professional communication.

I won’t ever be visiting this McDonald’s location again first of all I got treated very poorly and disrespect by an older lady with white grey hair who wears glasses and works the front cashier. I had ask could I use the bathroom after I made my purchase and was told next time that I need to show a receipt or won’t be able to use the bathroom this isn’t the first time that this lady has tried to pick a fight with me the last time I was hear she told my fiancee and I that we wasn’t allowed to sit at a certain table McDonald’s. This is discrimination at it finest employees like this shouldn’t be allowed to work in this type of establishment especially if it’s a paying customer

Food and customer service is top notch. They have a really small drive thru and it’s hard to jockey for position here. They do seem to send almost everyone to the pick up order waiting area after you order and pick up drinks. Order is always correct here.

We got via drive through. Delivery is fast. The servers are nice. They are efficient and we get our breakfast sandwiches very fast. We asked for the folded eggs. They are cooked to our want. The deals are good too. 2 McMuffins with sausage and folded eggs only cost $5. What a deal. It’s only a few minutes from the Vegas strip. There are some Asian markets nearly by that serve lunch at 9:30. It’s a very good location.
Will come back everyday while we are here.

I got the $6 double cheeseburger meal what extra pickles and this is what I got a old Burger no pickles or onions or ketchup just terrible plus the manager who is working the night shift with the red hair & glasses was unprofessional

Placed a Mobile order waited in the pickup spot for 30 minutes, after going into the lobby I was ignored until they went to hand out an order and I made eye contact with an employee they said they were working on the order and would bring it waited another 5 minutes after heading to the car and they flat out Cancelled my order for as much as McDonald’s charges now you would think they would hire competent employees to work here smh. This location is so trashy they even have to hire security how ironic seeing as they cant even get the orders out.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s, located at **Store #975, 3815 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109**. Today, I ordered two Quarter Pounders, and when I went to eat the first one, I found that there was greased wax paper stuck to the bottom of the patty. While I understand that mistakes happen, the way the store handled the situation was completely unsatisfactory.

The staff did replace the sandwich, but there was no apology, no explanation, and no compensation for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, I spent hours pulling bits of wax paper from between my teeth, and the unpleasant taste remained long after I finished eating.

This was a clear quality control issue, and I was disappointed by the lack of care or concern from management. As a paying customer, I expected better service and attention to my concerns. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon unless I receive an apology and compensation for the poor treatment I received.
