At this point, I’m convinced that this particular McDonald’s location only hires the most incompetent people they can possibly come across. My order came with two large fries. Both of the fries were cold and not fully cooked and half full. Cold fries were expected being that I ordered my meal at 7:07pm but did not receive it until almost 7:30pm maybe even later. I hadn’t noticed my paid meal was incorrect until I made it home. When I made it home I realized how unsatisfied I was so I returned back to that same McDonald’s location. The cashier chose to argue with me rather than resolve my issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything that I did not pay for. I just wanted what I paid for which is two large fries full and at least cooked enough to eat and lightly salted. I’m not really upset that the fries were cold, but I am upset that they weren’t fully cooked. During my discord with the cash register worker he tells me that I didn’t receive it this way they don’t do that but if you check the kitchen cameras, you’re more than likely going to see that that’s exactly what they did. When the driveway cash register worker finally decided to “resolve” my issue, they did so by laying one of the same old large fries that I had JUST came back to return at the bottom of the bag and then filled the other large fry up the rest of the way with fresh fries. In conclusion, I ordered two large lightly salted fresh fries and I first received two halfway full, cold and uncooked fries. When I ask to be given what I paid for, they choose to deceive me and sprinkle some fresh fries on the top of the old ones I came back to return. I do not eat fast food often but when I do, I usually eat at a McDonald’s close to me. This McDonald’s is the closest to me and this is the second time in a row that I’ve had an issue. And just seem to keep getting worse. So with that being said, I’m going to make a smart move and just not return and go somewhere else like my kitchen.
Ps: the hot honey chicken wrap sucks. The texture of the chicken is like the bark of a Fernwood tree.

I had a mobile order for fries and a drink… super easy. I get to the speaker, she doesn’t ask my code, just tells me to go to second window. I pulled up, there’s a car in front of me, so I’m in the middle of the 2 windows. A lady starts SCREAMING out of the first window telling me I have to pay for a happy meal. I told her I had a mobile order and already paid, plus I did not order a happy meal. She asked me who did order it then. I said back, “No idea, I’m just a customer”. She then yelled up to the second window not to give me my order because I didn’t pay. I get to the second window and said I had a mobile order, already paid, and don’t have a kids meal. They realized it was the car in front of me, and they already drove off without paying. They then proceeded to STILL try to get me to pay for the car that drove off order. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for somebody else’s order and I just wanted my order. They asked for proof of what I ordered so I gave my online code. They guy at the window told some lady my code. She came to the window and demanded to see my app because she was still accusing me of not paying for my order. I showed her my app and she huffed and puffed. I finally received my order of cold mushy fries and a drink with no ice and not filled all the way. Somehow they were mad at me and punishing me for their own mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service and very confrontational employees.

Came here once and so disappointed the food taste so dam old and they didn’t even make my food right I ordered the daily double and got a cheeseburger! I called and the person who answered was so rude getting mad at me because they didn’t make my food right? They didnt put napkins in my bag or my sauce!!!! They dont have any type of customer service!

Never in any restaurant have I seen an employee treat a homeless person with such kindness and respect. When I arrived, a homeless man was sitting by the entrance. A young woman who appeared to be the manager approached him in a kind, gentle, and very friendly manner, asking him to come inside and sit away from the door to protect him from the cold. This woman also offered him food and drink without asking for any payment. That surprised me immensely and warmed my heart. Thank you, young woman, you’ve earned your place in heaven for being so wonderful.

Would give zero stars if I can, went late night around 12 AM ordered chocolate chip cookies , and $5 bags. When I get my food, I checked the bag and I noticed that my cookies were cold and I asked them to make them fresh fresh when I pulled up initially. When I told the guy, he said “that’s how they come”. How does fresh cookies come out cold? The worker was a young white male with a blonde ponytail, he tried to argue me down that the cookies were fresh when they were cold instead of asking to remake them. Then the fries that came with the meal were not hot at all. The workers were in the back horse playing. The worker had bad customer service! Will not be coming back to this one late at night ever again.

The Dr. Pepper is not quite right at this location. I suspect they are mixing sprite and coke and calling it Dr. Pepper. The dining room is super dirty. Everything but drive through is very slow. Food is so so compared to other McDonald’s. Honestly I try to avoid this location.

They didn’t make my food right. I ordered the gold deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and it didn’t have no bacon like it was supposed to or have enough lettuce but they wanna sit there and give me a messy, sloppy nasty double quarter pounder with sauce dripping all over the place. I called the store to speak with the manager and she hung up on me(rude)..I called back and I had to scream because of what they did to my food. If you guys don’t want to do your job then just quit. This McDonald’s has fallen off the wagon and the service here is awful. Everyone employed at this location needs to be fired!!! The managers need to be fired too!!!

This location is constantly understaffed so it causes the wait times to be bad. I was waiting in the drive thru for more than 12 mins or so with no one answering or saying anything and then when they did respond asked if I was going to use the mobile app and I said yes then gave the code and then no response. Then I hear them ask the same thing to the other side, mind you I had been waiting there for much longer. Then I said multiple times “Hello” and there was no response. I had to just reverse out and leave out of frustration.
