I dined here a few times during my couple week stay. Only one person, who I assume was the manager, was pleasant to me. I tipped her to show appreciation, she deserves better. Every other employee threw the bag on the counter and turned around as fast as they could (I had a tip in my hand everytime). The fries are always hot, they couldn’t care less about the burgers. Dont bother modifying, I learned that quick. The two ladies this morning who were standing there speaking Spanish to each other (which is fine, but have you learned to greet someone?) literally ignored me the whole time until my mobile order came out, I’m guessing they knew it was mine because it was the only order. They still managed to still mess the order up. If you’re ordering fries, I recommend this place. If you’re ordering anything else, go elsewhere. I hope the amazing manager finds something that pays her what she’s worth.

The worse Mcdonald ever. Food is old and dry. The buns are hard.I ordered a cheeseburger The bun was hard The meat old and dry. I returned it and supposed they made a fresh burger. The meat still old and dry. The next morning I got a McGriddle. Here as well oldxand dry. NEVER AGAIN ..wasting my money

We stay at the Strat 4-6 times a year… every visit! McDonald’s here is the worst.
Slow service, items are always wrong, fries are undercooked and over salted. Drinks and never right unless you fill your own. Be careful, half the time the fountain is empty on syrup. Can’t even order a cheese burger with no pickle… it’ll be wrong. More than half the time, buns are hard, not fresh. You will NOT be served by an employee, you MUST use the kiosk. Dont even think of getting an ice cream or McFlurry… it’ll come out plain with vanilla.
This place is a joke… only reason why it’s still here, it pays the Strat to stay here… no other reason.
Oh, and half the menu is marked out of stock – even though it’s a basic item.
Avoid at all cost. Carl’s Jr is a walk across the street. Plus a few other options a couple blocks away.
Absolutely no delivery from this location, don’t even try… don’t trust the app. They won’t deliver to your room.

*Half of the self order kiosks weren’t working.
*When I got to payment it said “pick up a table tent and enter the nuber.” There were no table tents. I pushed the button for assistance I was ignored until I waved down the guy behind the counter who said “just enter any number.” The line behind me had sine backed up.
*where’s the ketchup/ condiments? I saw an empty counter next to the fountain drink machine.
*some trash and splls on tables and floor.
*(I was here just before 11 am on a Saturday).

They were very busy on a Saturday night (technically Sunday at 1:45am). I ordered 3 small sandwiches, fries, and 4 gold sauces, with the app, and the food was ready 20 minutes later. The quality of the food was fine. The chicken tasted freshly made. Some employees failed to pay attention to the order. They didn’t put the sauces in the bag, so I had to go back to the counter. An employee put 1 gold sauce in the bag and walked away, so I had to wait longer for another employee to give the rest of the sauces.
There were only a couple people waiting for orders Sunday night. My food was made pretty quick, but this time the quality was bad. The Hot ‘n Spicy patty was stale, and the Deluxe Quarter Pounder was disappointing. There wasn’t enough lettuce or tomato, there was too much onions and mayo, and it was missing ketchup and mustard.

I’m here on vacation in Vegas. My friend and I went to this McDonald’s for lunch and had a great experience. Everyone was working hard and very courteous. Auriluze (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name!) was a rockstar and had amazing customer service. The food was also delicious. I accidentally dropped my ice cream cone, but what I got to eat was tasty.

Went at 11:20pm & had to 15 min wait for to order and after order it took another 15 minutes.. looks like some worker didn’t want to be there or don’t want to work hard. Slowest service. it wasn’t even busy as other McDonald. 1 gave 3 star because Lady was friendly at the register.

Horrible costumer service I arrived at 2:54am started ordering at 2:56 am for them to tell me only breakfast was available I had went to the McDonald’s by Mandalay and it was closed it said 24hr at 2:30 am and I decided to leave and look else where before 3:00 am finally arrive at this store at 2:54 am the employees seemed aggravated that I was ordering and then told me breakfast start at three that he wasn’t allowed to serve me dinner even tho I was ready to order at 2:57 and the menu was still showing dinner he told me he wasn’t able to do my 2 hot n spicys mind you he told me breakfast starts at 300 am why is he serving it before 3:00 am I rushed to the McDonald’s by the stratosphere for him to tell me they closed lunch time early if you guys have any recordings of your employees I’d recommend you guys check them I am definitely coping this entire message and I’m am sending it to corporate I’m tired of McDonald’s employees always treating me wrong even by the nellis airforce base the McDonald’s are always closed and they all say 24hr with the light all off but the neon sing that say 24 hr is lit I’m sick and tired of how unprofessional this company has gotten this is the most disrespect iv felt in all the time Iv eating fast food…… all the McDonald’s on the strip / las vegas blvd have Horrible costumer service and they don’t update there availability on hrs or there employees just don’t care at all I’m soo disgusted after I told the employees it isn’t even 3 o’clock the manager jumped on the mic and repeated his words because I told him it wasn’t even 3:00 am yet to reassure me that they’re only serving breakfast in the rudest way ever I’m never going to McDonald’s especially this location or anywhere near the strip again and I’m definitely spreading this awareness all over my Platforms with the pictures I took I’ll be posting them here too……..
