This is your standard McD’s you will find almost anywhere in the U.S. This particular one is located inside the Terrible’s Herbst on the south end of Searchlight along U.S. Highway 95. The restaurant offers the same standard menu found at McDonald’s. The staff was friendly, the food was freshly made, and the restaurant was well maintained, including the restrooms at the time of our visit. Besides the restaurant, there is a small casino, convenient store and Chevron gas station at this location with plenty of parking spaces.

I ordered 10 nugget meal with a large fry, the food came out pretty fast and I was worried that it would be cold but it was hot and fresh!! Even the nuggets were fresh and good. Good job guys

Came for a big mac, got a joke and a coke. The patties were literally bacon thin and tasted like the workers would rather work somewhere else. Not sure how we ended up here but the experience here was less “say yes to the big mac” and more “say no to the big joke”…

Came in for a quick Togo order, several customers who came in after me were served first. Overheard employees cussing at each other and standing around while lobby was full of customers. Then I get my order, and it is the saddest little sandwich ever. Barely any sauce, chicken was chewy. Not satisfied at all.

I hate eating fast food but the Mc Donalds hash browns are okay. 1st they dont take your order its all on a touch screen, 2nd this is the slowest Mc Donalds in America, and 3rd the hash brown after waiting 15 minutes was soggy. Im not the type to go back and complain i just dont go back but since google asked, I would recommend going hungry over waiting on this place.

Horrible place to stop and get your fill on McDonald’s. After waiting about 10 minutes to be attended by the cashier it was announced that “Your all more than welcome to use the self checkout machines to place your order”. After placing my order it still took about 20 minutes to get my meal. Needless to say I will avoid this place at all cost. I didn’t even get a “sorry for the wait”. Costumer service is the most important thing to me when choosing where to eat and this place just doesn’t have it. Big thumbs down from a loyal McDonald’s costumer

Are we at a concert or a family restaurant? The music is sooo loud can’t even hear anything. It’s ridiculous. I’m not at a bar or a club. This is a restaurant…. Never coming back here at least inside.. the music is for the guests not for the employees in the back. Music was already loud and a song came on and someone decided to crank it up. It’s so loud a deaf person could hear it

I ordered a chicken nuggets combo and a happy meal. They forgot to put the fries inside for both orders.
I tried to talk to the Manager but he ignored me completely, I said twice “excuse me” to bring his attention without success, then one young lady came and she asked me if I needed help, she was able to fix the problem.
Thanks to her.
I don’t understand why there’s a Manager on duty if he’s not able to do his job,
give the position to someone else who’s able to fix problems like this
