I genuinely didn’t think it was possible to fail this badly at making a Big Mac. Apparently, I was wrong.
Twice now, I’ve ordered the same item, and twice this team has managed to forget that a burger requires… ingredients. The first time, the top bun arrived completely bare — no sauce, no lettuce, no cheese. Just bread. It looked like someone clocked out mentally halfway through assembling it.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Big mistake.
Just ordered another Big Mac, and once again the top half contained nothing but a single patty — as if toppings are some kind of optional luxury upgrade. At this point, it’s not a fluke. It’s a pattern of pure incompetence and zero attention to detail.
It’s honestly impressive how consistently this location can mess up one of the most standardized, step-by-step items in fast food history. This isn’t innovation — it’s negligence.
If you’re craving a dry, depressing excuse for a burger and fries with the texture of wet cardboard, this is your spot. If you expect even the bare minimum of quality control, drive somewhere else.

They literally damaged my car seat I didn’t realize that they drenched the sandwiches and hash browns in the grease on purpose all because I ordered on the (mobile app) because I knew I wasn’t going to make it to the drive thru in time for breakfast so I thought to myself this is convenient. I got there and they said no you didn’t make it in time and I said well that’s the whole point why it’s paid for before I arrive. I get told to go to the second window and the lady there is rude, doesn’t even say hi nothing like I’ve done something to ruin her day. She says to someone what did they order? She comes to be tell me to park, I said no because you guys are going to leave me there for 20mins. I have places to go that’s the whole reason why I thought this was convenient, but it turned out to be the worst mistake I’ve ever made. 0 star.

The place is dirty. The walls and the windows are covered with mud and grease, seems like no cleaning for a long time. We asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and didn’t get it. It’s hello kitty toy right now, but we were given something else. I asked if they have the Hello Kitty and they changed the toy without
saying sorry. I was waiting at the counter for a long time until I got one. My kids were very disappointed about the toy issue.

Came here on my lunch twice(separate occasions), normally never had an issue. Last time I was missing my free 10 pc nugget and lost 6k points I couldn’t complain cause I had to go back to work. This time I waited 20 mins @ curbside and had to go inside to get my food. There was A LOT of people waiting to receive help for various issues from missing items to wanting full refunds. After a lot of people asked for management the woman finally showed up. She asked who’s missing an order I showed her my order and let her know I was curbside. She yelled towards her staff asking why it was taking long and so on. It just seems like she didn’t even know what was going on until she was summoned, its a dinner rush in a fast food restaurant you should be helping your staff and be just as confused as they are. She yelled saying to get me 2 ranch snack wraps I said it was spicy and she yelled saying spicy and they I finally… after waiting my whole 30 min lunch got my food. We’ll the food in question was wrong. They still gave me ranch snack wraps not only that the tortilla was dried out and brittle. I attempted to take a bite and the chicken was just as dry and hard to chew. I just ate my fries and went back to work. I will not be coming back to this location. The staff have no communication or teamwork in skills just a lot of complaints and not a lot of working.

I got the McCrispy deluxe chicken sandwich combo. The chicken patty was so small it only covered about half of the bun. The unsweetened iced tea tasted rotten and spoiled. I had to throw it in the garbage. A total waste of money! I ordered a medium fry and the carton was only half full. As overpriced as the food is it’s a real slap in the face to be shorted half of your portion!

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s always a hit or miss today. I went order my food everything freshly cooked. They had me wait for about 10 minutes. Came out food still cold now that happened twice or three times but I’m done with this McDonald’s y’all need to close already

This place is good when its staffed. Poor things, why schedule so little people during dinner and night? Staff is trained well but can only do so much with the little people they are staffed well. Management can do better. Everytime I come I can feel the stress.

This location has an obvious safety issue that they don’t care to correct. I’ve been approached by sketchy people asking for money even while in the restaurant using the self ordering kiosk. There is always one waiting around the drive-thru exit and you can guarantee they’re going to make you pull forward every time and wait for your food. Just today my order was missing an item and it wasn’t even worth going back for. The two-lane drive-thru is disorganized chaos and pulling forward to wait for food is to merely help their stupid metrics that their supervisor gets graded on about and doesn’t actually get you through the drive-thru any faster. It’s just more inconvenient for everyone and unsafe with sketchy people loitering around the restaurant.

This is one of my favorite McDonald’s restaurants to visit in the valley. I love taking my grandkids here because they keep everything very clean.
The bathroom door clean too. The maintenance man was cleaning the men’s room, but apparently had looked in the women’s room first because they didn’t have any paper towels stopped, but as soon as I open the door to leave the bathroom, he handed me a whole handful of them so he knew what I was going to ask for!! Great customer service!

Yesterday, the customer said you need to speak better English and because she had to scream the order multiple times and the order was still wrong. Not once was any of the above definition stated. And the manager said the customer was racist. So that definition is listed above, please look it up in the dictionary and it just so happens, that lady works for the federal government!! And guess which part?!?! No worries the agency will see this location soon! Especially when people are working there that can not clearly communicate!
