Gave me cold oatmeal to go. Driving a tractor trailer and had to go back. Manager said she knew it was cold so that I could go back for some hot one. How inconsiderate. What terrible managers. Extremely dirty and very unsanitary. I hate to post negativity especially being local however this is beyond acceptable. Toilets are backing up and the smell is horrible. Floors and all tables except for 2 were dirty. Nobody in the building seemed to care and just worried about getting orders out. I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like as the dinning and bathroom public areas are super bad. This place needs some TLC

Fries (is a thr food we got)were not good. Coke and tea tasted like grease. I had ordered extra ice and had to remind her when I got my drink and she still barely gave me any. And 2 drinks amd 2 fries was almost $13!!!!

This mcds is the WORST!! but most staff here are pretty friendly.. I love artesia but this McDonald’s is definitely the worst one I’ve gone to so far!! Slushy machine is never working Ice cream machine doesn’t work!! The waiting omg the waiting they make you pull around and have you waiting for 30 freaking min and still come out with the wrong order!! This had happened way too many times.. I don’t see the point in making all of the customers drive around and wait at the stop sign if they can’t even remember all the customers and their orders.. This place needs better system period!! I work a lot to take my baby’s out to eat here and wait when it’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant I get your gonna probably wait but 30 freaking min it’s ridiculous there wasn’t a whole lot of people there no excuse!! DO BETTER MCDONALD’S STAFF !

Functional franchise at best. Biggest issue is ice cream and shake products are non existent due to their machine being broken for literally MONTHS. How does a major company like McDonald’s leave this unfixed for months? Anytime I go to Burger King for a shake their machine is working and so is Sonic . very poor management
