There is absolutely no reason for an order of 1 Carmel frappe should head waiting in the pick up spot for 20 minutes after paying and ordering through the drive thru and being asked to wait. I had to ask an employee delivering the 7th order after us if we could finally get the frappe and she told me everyone inside wouldn’t tell her where it went or who it was for. Absolutely uncalled for.

For starters i walked in and greeted The gentleman at the counter. He said morning, but just looked if he was unhappy to completely be there and taking orders. Got my order at the front counter. My hot food was given to me before my frozen drinks were finished being blended cause they couldn’t figure out what drinks went to what order. I then got into my car to take the order home. My hashbrowns were not in hash brown sleeves. And when I got home, my steak bagel sandwich had no sauce on it, and the bagel was really hard. After being up charged for the two frozen drinks with the meals. $22 to get home and have my hashbrowns naked in the bag in no sleeves. And my sandwich be incorrect. It is very frustrating. Also, because this location was absolutely not busy maybe two cars in drive thru. and its 7:19 am in the morning ive notcied more and more on days when its super early and super late and the younger people are working my food is always cold. messed up or the food just really sucks and isnt fresh. do better Mcdonalds!

Foods pretty good and mostly accurate but you get told to pull into one of the mobile pickup spots and you always wait 6-10mins on your order I dont know if theirs a drive thru time bonus or something but its really annoying and if you want to add something you have to jump back in line and restart the process again even for a simple coffee

One thing McDonald’s has going for it is the ability to have a consistent experience with it’s food across multiple locations. The service, while it should be similar, can vary widely from place to place.
This McDonald’s completely forgot/missed our mobile order. When we went inside after waiting for what seemed like forever, they seemed just as perplexed as we were. The employees were kind, but offered little in the way of explanation.
A new order was placed and delivered after a short wait. Looks like there is still some work to do here.

I asked for an adult sized ice cream and they give me the excuse policy says i can’t do more than 3 swirls. Then when i asked to speak with the manager, she came to talk to me about it and she doesn’t bring the pie I ordered with her the LITTLE THINGS that matter. Js

They give your order away to other people after making you wait for almost thirty minutes for a simple order afterwards they make you come inside and wait even longer so they can remake the food and you still wait another twenty minutes. Kinda sad and dumb.

I have been waiting over 30 minutes for my food after they gave me half the order at the window and told me to pull around to a parking spot. I parked and just called after waiting for 30 minutes and I had to give them the order again

I am so done with this McDonald’s. Consistently messed up drive thru orders, missing items, and iced tea made in the same machines after coffee; therefore ruining the flavor. I have given it way too many chances after getting terrible service and food.
