Ordered, paid for a double fish filet. The French fries should have been expired. Added tomato to my sandwich. I don’t mind paying 40 cents for it but it does say two slices. We received the Happy meal right away. Then told us to move to space one. Since my chicken sandwich was not hot out of the fryer neither was the fish or fries. So I’m wondering why we needed to wait 10 minutes?

This is the best McDonald’s in Clovis!! From crew to management, I have rarely had any issues. If one arises, they make it right.

Very unimpressed with this McDonald’s. The only thing that I can say is the bathrooms were pretty clean. Other than that, the service was terrible. We will never return to this place. I was incredibly impressed with how terribly bad it was.

I hardly ever eat fast food, but while traveling through NM, I always stop at this particular McDonald’s because it is consistently clean, well staffed, & efficient. My order is prepared swiftly & is ALWAYS correct! This place is well managed.

I usually get McCrispys about twice a week. Use a receipt and buy one get one free. No mayo. This time, when I went last night, the sandwich tasted strange and the meat was much smaller than usual! Perhaps it was the chicken from the chicken biscuit?! It didn’t taste the same and the patty was much smaller than the bun. This morning I got my second sandwich out of the fridge and there were spots of hairy black mold on my sandwich. I’m disappointed and disgusted!! Now I wish I wouldn’t have eaten the other one last night.

Every time I go through the drive through at this location they make me park. I always order the same thing. A Big Mac, large fry, and a soda. The wait times are always really long for such a basic order. I placed my order today at 11:27am. They didnt bring me my order until 11:43. A nearly 20 minute wait for fast food ordered in a drive through is crazy.

Trash overflowing, all tables filthy and not busy, watched 3 people leave from their shift and nothing cleaned… people standing around in the back on their phones. Sat and ate and still left nothing cleaned or trash taken out. Fries were over saturated in salt, we’re not even edible.
