McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Younger employees seem more interested in talking amongst themselves than listening to orders or customers, but the older staff(25+) are very nice and efficient. In my last 3 visits I’ve been talked down to once, ignored once and treated like I was the problem for asking for the rest of the items I ordered and paid for but didn’t receive. All 3 times, items were missing.

Ordered at 2:11pm, I only ordered two mcdoubles and two regular cheese burgers and fries. Paid and got to the second window, they asked me to move to the third window. We wait, and see car after car get their food. It’s nearly15mins later and at least 8-9 cars later and they hand me my food from a woman who knew we were at the third window waiting. Fries are cold, and burgers which should have been fresh after waiting were barely warm. I cannot stand waiting for food after a busy day from a company that prides itself on how quickly it can run. (Former employee that knows the cooked and ready to eat regular patties are kept in a plastic drawer waiting to be used.)

Food quality has gone down, prices have gone up, and these kids act like they don’t want to be bothered but yet want their $20 hourly pay. I know it’s not all the employees. Some are super friendly and very pleasant but most seem like they don’t even like themselves. I would never go back but my kids like this as a treat once in a while.

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes before getting to speaker to place order, then was asked what I’d like, while ordering was told to hold one and the woman continued to put me off and take orders from the other lane for 2 people before I decided to pull out and leave. This is called bad customer service. I was there before those people and it was my turn to order, you need train your staff how to better regulate the drive thru. This is super upsetting when you have hungry kids in the car.!!! There seems to be an issue everytime I go to this location. No more will i take my service here. Rather go across town and be treated fairly while spending my money.

So do all of you employees not wear name badges? The supposed manager was very rude and would not idenify herself the one with the face tatoos and said i didnt have money in my bank account which is false i habe more than enough for your food and i dont appreciate her assuming i dont. Train your people to not say they ar goin to call the police i paid 30$ for 2 meals and this is how you treat your customers???

The lady that works at Mc Donald’s with tattoos on her chest and face . I believe her name is Michelle , she doesn’t deserve to be a manager she rudely told my daughter to shut up , when I was ordering food . And she was flirting with a male co worker inappropriately touching him in front of me and my daughter ! I called corporate and they had some dude Enrique call me and told me not to lie about this ! I’m very upset poor poor poor customer service ! We didn’t even order because how uncomfortable that lady Michelle made us feel

This place is the absolute worst place to go if you feel like McDonald’s. I’ve had such horrible experiences with the employees at this particular location and management is no better. They don’t give you your order correctly. You always have to make sure the fries are filled up otherwise they’ll just put a few in there and honestly I have no idea why they tore down the old one and built this one because the employees in there don’t care they need to find another job, or get an attitude adjustment because they act like it’s your fault that the order is messed up. I went in there the other day at 6:02 AM and the lady said to me was can you please hold? It’s not 6 AM yet. There are two places to order when you drive up and I took the first one a black Nissan rogue took the second one. She helped the Nissan first which was no problem but then the Nissan drove off got his food and I’m still sitting there as if she doesn’t notice me or recognize that I pulled up so I politely asked is anyone there and she rudely told me to hold on that we’re short staffed. I don’t know about anyone else, but I didn’t say anything at that moment. I waited another two almost 3 minutes and said, is anyone there hello she came back as I need to be more patient. Hey McDonald’s if you’re reading this that was absolutely uncalled, for. I don’t know what her problem is with me, that was just rude. Where’s the customer service you proclaim to have in your commercials this was management telling me this!!
