If I order through the app & take the offered option of having it delivered directly to my table I expect that to happen, not to have my name shouted across the busy store from behind the counter. The fact that I’m disabled shouldn’t even play in at this point because deliver to table is an option already offered to everybody & is therefore part of your job!
I saw the message asking me to submit more info but that isn’t a link to follow & it won’tet me copy & paste. Went to send info through the app but it wants the store # from my receipt, which I don’t have because I ordered through the app. I’m giving up at this point.

This McDonald’s has the most friendliest employees working there, I especially love how Hemma and Mari were so sweet and went beyond their duties to help me of getting my BTS collection no complaints or rudeness when talking to them did everything to make my day. The other McDonald’s were not so accommodating they were simply rude and so unprofessional and went by their own rules and not friendly at all. But Hemma and Mari were the best and very professional, they totally made a great impression on me on how managing a business should be. So thumbs up to these to young ladies. Thank you for your wonderful service. I will definitely keep going back to your store often.

Frankly I don’t even think our reviews get noticed or if the higher up in the corporate office even cares because in the end we keep going back in hopes our order is done fresh and not missing anything. It had been so long since I been to one that I forgot why I don’t go there anymore. I’m so disappointed right now I just want to cry! I had asked for fresh fries and they were cold as hell, to top it off, my chicken was really hard who knows how long it had been sitting in their warmer for. I am so tired I really didn’t want to go back and show them. Mc D’s is not worth going to and paying for their ridiculous high priced deluxe meals etc.. I gave a piece to my dog and he spit it back out. I don’t want to blame every employee but definitely your night shift manager at the El Paseo location in Las Cruces NM poor management poor food and all!

I asked for light lettuce but the employees must not know how to read and follow instructions so I guess the employee decided to put a lot of ranch in this and only two little tiny pieces of cheese. The manager needs to test these employees before hiring, them and quizzing them on their reading skills and following instructions

Update: 10/29/25- these ” employees” need more training or go back to school. How do you not put the burgers but you put fries and apple slices in the happy meal?!! Order is never accurate!

Finally swearing off this location for good. The vast majority of my orders here over the last two years have come out incorrect. Double check your receipt and your order before leaving. Ordered a Crispy Chicken Deluxe and this sorry disgusting soggy lump of whatever is what I found in the bag when I got home. One star only because I can’t leave zero, and I guess the fries were pretty good.

Excellent drive through service. I was here early morning around 6am on a Monday and they did not disappoint. Food was hot and in my hand within a couple minutes of me ordering. Everything tasted great, was properly cooked and the bag even had proper napkins and condiments without me having to ask. Great job people!!
