then mcdonalds follows up to all poor reviews by sending a customer feedback survey, but does not provide the NEEDED corresponding case number to even put through your concerns & complaints with them.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
When I asked for a refund, the manager on duty, Jesus, told me they couldn’t issue one because my order was placed through curbside pickup. That made no sense to me, because I’ve ordered curbside plenty of times before and have gone inside for refunds without any problems or pushback at all. His explanation felt like an excuse rather than actual policy.
On top of that, my interaction with him was extremely rude. In my personal experience, he came across as unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally uninterested in helping fix anything. Based on how he handled the situation, I honestly believe he shouldn’t be in a management position at all.
I won’t be returning. This location seriously needs better leadership and customer service
Upon arrival, a young man asked me if he could take my order, I told him what I wanted and he told me to proceed to the window, I told him that I had not finished ordering yet and he replied that if Iwanted to make another order I told him that everything was in the same order. Arriving at the window was a young woman who repeated the order of just one sandwich, I told her that I had ordered something else. At this point her attitude was a little defensive, I asked her who was the guy who took my order and she said she didn’t know, I paid and she gave me the change without saying anything else; thank you, good day, nothing!
Arriving at the second window, the woman there also had no uniform, name tag, nothing to help me identify her. She gave me part of the order and told me to park further in front. After five minutes, a guy came out and gave me the order and that was all, not another word. Unfortunately, none of them had a name or a uniform to identify that they work there.
As you can see in the photo, that’s how they gave me my sandwich, I didn’t want to go back fearing that they would do something to my food but I ended up throwing it away and I only had the coffee which I ALWAYS order 3 splendas and 7 cream and he understood 3 and 3. ♀️
The visit to this McDonald’s was my worst one because of the terrible service and attitude they have to help. Customer service should be top of the list even when working under pressure. I try to do surveys and reviews understanding their environment and current work situation to somehow understand their attitude or performance, but this time I couldn’t find a justification for their attitude and lack of customer service. And most important, they’re dress without a single thing that tells me they work there. No name tag, no logo apparel.
I thought, no big deal, I just got overlooked from the rush. Well, I deliver the order and get confronted by the customer. Apparently, the manager had called her and told her that I was late to pickup so it might be cold. After politely waiting for the order for 10 minutes instead of cancelling, it was disappointing to me that the manager knew full well she had called the customer when interacting with me and didn’t apologize at all. I understand it was just a mistake, but I am in an extremely financially stressful time rn. I need my stats to accurately reflect the care I put into each and every order. I’m not in a good place to get confronted by customers that got told something that wasn’t even true.
I understand that certain dashers cause harm to those working in restaurants and she was probably just covering herself. I just need her to know that I’m not her enemy and never deserved to be treated like that after so kindly waiting while her store was getting through a rush.
