The kiosks didn’t print receipts. The dining room was the dirtiest I’ve seen at a McDonald’s. The soda area was out of ice at one machine and everything looked like it hadn’t been wiped down for a long time.

The drive through took 10 minutes before I could place my order then the wait was another 10 minutes, I said no cheese and I got cheese, my daughter didn’t get her fries, and the burger was wrong as well, they didn’t apologize for the wait time, I said thank you and the girls just looked at me and didn’t even say anything. I’m not waiting for them to fix my order but they need better customer service and they need to be able to get the orders correct! And they charge more than Farmington!!!! Poor service and the fries were cold. Thanks for nothing shiprock McDonald’s.

While only getting food from in Farmington I was coming back from a trip and stopped here with my family. For price I wish I had waited to get food in Farmington much cheaper by a good range from $3-6 less in Farmington than here. Drive thru service, please check and make sure you were charged correctly. Pick up window horrid please make sure they give you all your drinks and food you had paid for. I had to go back in and get the items I was missing. As for the employees I wish they’d be given more direction vs just looking like they were thrown to their position. Most were happy to help but clueless if they are doing it correctly. If prices were equal to Farmington I wouldn’t mind coming here just for the people.

Typical McDonald’s, but their pricing seems too high. Almost $10 for a small cheeseburger, small fries and a small coffee. Not much for the price. The clerk was very friendly and quick.

Very rude employees I live in shiprock and every other night when I go to this McDonald’s the employees never say anything back to me I reply with “have a good night” and get no response and every time I pull into the first window to pay I get a very rude young woman that glares at me the drive thru order taker is also a rude when I told him I didn’t add a coke he sighed into the microphone and preceded to give me a rude tone and I was being polite about placing my order but this isn’t the first time I’ve received a rude tone it’s happened multiple times
