Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs better people and management. They need to be more on there store. I placed a mobile order at 10:12AM! i live far but this is the closest mcdonald’s to my location so i decided to place my breakfast here i got here at 10:38AM there’s a long line at that point but i continue to go in drive thru told them about my order they proceed to tell me to pull forward thinking my order is ready of course . NOPE they told me instead “sorry your order got cancelled” why not say that at the drive thru menu? on top of that they don’t even have management say it . When i did speak to management HE SEEMED NOT TO CARE. He didn’t even speak back just looked at me blank. that’s the type of management you have in your store just shows what type of business they run here. This isn’t the first time but you keep thinking they’d change but no, you guys are just getting lazy and worse. You need better workers, ones that actually enjoy there job. Ones that actually build a connection with customers. Mcdonald’s may be the biggest fast food company but has the worst workers and attitude and it’s so sad to see that what we given to reservation .

No one smiles! Hot fudge was plopped down in one area of my sundae, half of the frappe was chunks of ice. No care in presentation or quality of food is evident. Workers were cleaning dining area, play area and most tables were clean. Restroom was clean as well. Wonder why Mop bucket was left in dining room near the restrooms?

Zero stars if possible. Not much has changed since my last review, 6 years ago. This place will always make you wait for your food. And I will not pay $10 for two cheeseburgers. Over priced food due to Navajo Nation Junkfood tax. Meaning 20 piece chicken nuggets are $13.99 ♂️

Very bad service. Went thru drive thru, they asked for code, we gave it to them, and they went a started helping somebody else. Waited for about 10 mins before they could tell us the code wasn’t working. Employees should focus on one customer at a time.

This location apparently does not carry Coke. They are always out. I have been here 4 times in the last 6 weeks and they NEVER have Coke. Who ever runs this place is nickel and diming us.

Hung out here for a long time to give the kids exercise after being in the car. Very clean, nice, safe place where kids are welcome to run around and there are screens for them to play (which was annoying in this case as I wanted them to run). But the littlest to biggest kids loved the play place. I tried their new glazed chicken and loved it too. I am not a huge fan of McDonald’s, but with WiFi and clean, it was perfect. There was a security guard though, who was friendly, but eventually kept talking and we needed down time, and wasn’t sure how to break off the conversation. Regardless, great time.

I ordered deluxe McCrispy with a bottle of water, and my mother ordered a cheeseburger with a small fry. They had a full lobby AFTER we got our order and still managed to neglect our order. McDonald’s Crispy chicken takes 7 minutes at most to cook. I shouldn’t have had to wait double that time. When I told the person about this and what order number it was (717), she read off the wrong order every time until I listed everything on my order. Not only that, but she completely interrupted me as I was listing the order. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes and I got no response but silence. Finally, I told her that I knew she could reprint the receipt, and they got the order out. Other than that, the food was good and the place was clean
