Over the past month since this new location is open I’ve only visited several times via the drive-thru. They did a very well received soft opening with the crowds are so large I chose not to go. Management is still working through some staffing and process issues. However, the staff of interacted with have been friendly. My family really enjoyed the holiday-themed socks we got recently with the Grinch meal! Chicken McNuggets rate highly anytime I get them!

Waited 15 mins in the drive thru, noticed we didn’t get any utensils, syrup, jelly, napkins, or butter that comes with the big breakfast with hot cakes…. Pull around front, go inside and get those things. Get home 3 out of 4 of the items I ordered were wrong not to mention they only gave me half of the big breakfast. I wish I could say this is the first, second or even third time this McDonald’s has been less than par. All this on top of this being the most expensive McDonald’s in the 4 corners. Pretty obvious this place has some SERIOUS management issues especially for being less than 6 months old.

Went to order at drive through they couldn’t get my order right after trying to for 10 minutes I go inside to order they still messed it up !!! While charging me for shit I didn’t get they don’t have a phone number to call and the manger has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen (Susan) unless she gave me a fake name she walked away from me while I was talking when she asked me what was going on this place is a joke 18$ for two breakfast sandwich’s that weren’t right and were missing all the meet

This place is anything but 24 hours. It’s closed most mornings between 3 and 6, the block off the drive-thrus and don’t even have the decency to turn off their sign lights.
I’ve been there during daylight hours and they’ve yet to get an order correct our out in an acceptable time. For example, I ordered a chicken sandwich and two double cheese burgers then wait 20 minutes (nobody else waiting) for stone cold food and the wrong burgers.
Consistently bad service, they don’t hold to the hours they have posted, my guess is bad management and little to no supervision.
Drive to Aztec or Farmington, skip Bloomfield, if you want some Mickey D’s. This franchise is trash.

This was my second time going to this McDonald’s the first time I went. I was at the window waiting to get my food ordered while several other cars in the other line were able to get their food ordered and I was still waiting. I end up driving away. This is my second time. Got my food order but waited for over 15 to 20 minutes to the point of where I end up just leaving because it was taken so long mind you when I went into the drive-through there were no cars except for two or three in front of me. This is highly unacceptable and it shouldn’t take 20 to 30 minutes or God knows how long to make some food and get it out in a timely manner. I will not be coming back.

Recieved cold food after waiting 25 minutes from ordering in the drive through. 1 burger, 20 piece nuggets, large fries, and 2 drinks. All food was cold as if it sat for 20 minutes.

Always slow and half the time they don’t have the drive thru open even though they advertise 24hr drive thru. Seems like they make their own hours & they are more expensive then any other McDonalds in the area!

Decided to finally try this location giving it a benefit of the doubt and thinking they would have their procedures down. Nope. Order taker was friendly overall and when taking my order had my order on the wrong screen asking me to verify. Upon getting my order which was 3 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. I should’ve checked before I left that line. Drove to work opened my order and realized I got two sandwiches-incorrect ones and pondered on the thought of how this transaction was handled. I saw a manager bagging orders(so did she just not know how to read the ticket) person who handed me my order was wearing shades. Gucci gurrrlll! But maybe should have removed them to properly see that my order was incorrect. It takes about 8secs to verify what’s in the bag. No condiments given or offered. I will try again in another 3 months to see how they have progressed.

This was the first time I have ever waited over 30 minutes at a McDonald’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
We woke up very early today planning to drive to Shiprock to watch the sunrise, and we stopped by this McDonald’s specifically to grab hash browns. When we arrived, there was no one at the front counter. We ended up placing our order through the app, and after ordering, we had to call out toward the back twice before an employee finally came out.
When the employee appeared, they casually told us the food would take a while and simply apologized. The whole situation was confusing and frustrating.
The main issues are:
1. If there is a delay or operational issue, why didn’t any staff proactively come out to explain the situation to customers?
2. This location is listed as a 24-hour McDonald’s. Why were even basic items not prepared or available?
As a global chain, this level of service and management is very disappointing and disrupted our travel plans.
