Very ridiculous how this location is being managed, two customers in front of me demanded a refund for waiting more than 40 mins for their food. Door dashers having to talk with someone about missing items. The pink hair furry kept throwing food into bags and stomping past the long line, rolling her eyes every time she needed to do her job. The lobby is always full of people waiting for their order this location really went down hill!

This is the worst McDonald’s… the staff is so slow takes 10 minutes or more for them to even answer the drive thru most the time just end up driving off cuz they take too long or they are always out of something just don’t waste your time with this place plenty of other fast food places that stay open late that actually hire competent staff

Not a bad place. Staff is nice. They allow homeless to sit inside all day asking for money and food. Some dude w an oxygen tank has asked me for money and food every single time. I wont go inside anymore. Ive already helped the guy before now its just annoying

I am disappointed because my order is frequently wrong or missing items. Today I ordered two sausage McMuffins with no sausage and extra cheese, 1 hash brown, 1 sausage burrito, a side of scrambled eggs with a large coke no ice. For some reason I got no sausage burrito (thank you very much) and 3 hash browns. I didn’t want 3 hash browns. I wanted my sausage burrito. I am not sure how someone can mistake 1 sausage burrito for 3 hash browns. It’s not the same quantity or same spelling of word. I am not asking you to save the world, just get my order right. It’s not the first time this has happened either but it’s gonna be the last time. I can go to other places that serve breakfast, I didn’t want to, but if you can’t get a simple order right why should I continue to go e you my money. I couldn’t come back and get it fixed as I placed the order through th McDonald’s app and then went through the drive thru on my way to work so I don’t have time to turn around and hold your hand to get my food order correct. Thanks for starting off my day great….not! I included a copy of my receipt and a picture of my order. As you can see what I got does not match what I ordered. The question is…why? Why would this possibly be so hard? I am very confused on the struggle you are having.

It’s always bad, there rude people at night the food is always cold. They never seem to get my order right and there icecream machine is always down. No matter what. I rather go to a more expensive place then waste time and money at this aztec one.

I always forget how much I hate ordering here I thought with the app it would make things easier. It doesn’t. Not here anyway. From the time I join the line to pick up my order and get my food, it’s about 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter what day or what time it is. It’s going to be 30 minutes. More often than not, I’ll just leave. I sometimes order before I go to work and I always think I leave early enough but no. Without fail, I’m stuck waiting. And if I go inside, I get eye rolls and deep sighs I don’t even know if they even clean inside. The few times I’ve stepped inside I leave feeling dirty and gross. Go to one of the other local locations, this one is just bad.

Bad customer service by manager. We went through the drive through and at the time, their system was rebooting and we had to get cash to pay. While placing our order at the drive through order menu. We were told again their system was down and only accepting cash. I mentioned to the manager that we do have cash but we ordered on the mobile app, again she said system was down. We waited 15 minutes just to tell her we had cash and she stated their system was down. And again I said I want to place my order, we have cash and we can cancel our mobile order. She huffed and had someone else take our order. By the time we got to the window they forgot to give us one of the meals we had ordered. Again the manager argued with us about 2 hamburgers. We told her we paid this much money so they need to recalculate their side. We finally got our order an hour later. Poor service by the manager. Our fries were like rubber and our burgers were just thrown together and SLOPPY..!!!!! Don’t go there around 2am.

Their service is good food alright (it’s McDonald’s)can’t expect anything elegant right but you could expect them to do quality control on every aspect of their store drive through voice boxes included. Not to be a dick but at least twice a month have an employee run through it as a test to see how com’s are working com’s are vital to all operations remember that
