Got dinner 9/27 4:26 pm. Our sandwiches looked like someone smashed them, I was surprised they handed them out, I took pic of my burger, it looked just like this when unwrapped, was an inch thick, smashed, my sister’s chicken sandwich was smashed flat!!!!! I showed them again counter, they just looked at it….when I was leaving I just heard, “sorry”.

I am glad they turned it into a 24 hour McDonald’s but it’s only drive-through only.. Before I used to go to the one on Main Street that’s 24 hours to pick up breakfast early in the morning but now I’m glad I don’t have to go all the way into town to get breakfast. Make sure you check your bags before taking off because they always seem to forget a sandwich or dipping sauce. But other than that, everything seems good.

Probably the worst McDonald I ever been to. Very dirty, All the tables are dirty and the trash is over flowing, smells bad like the restroom hasn’t been cleaned all day. Employees are running around like they are lost. I was short changed $3.00. This place needs some work.

My experience at this McDonald’s on December 29, 2025 was very negative.
I ordered inside at 1:35 PM, hoping for quicker service since I only ordered fries and nuggets. By 1:55 PM, I still had not received my food. I had places to be and ultimately had to ask for a refund and leave due to the long wait.
What really confirmed my decision was seeing a front counter employee accidentally drop a full tray of fries, drinks, and burgers. The employee was clearly stressed. Instead of the manager stepping in to help, she pulled another worker off the line to clean up the mess, which only slowed service further. This felt like poor leadership during an already disorganized moment.
I was also disappointed by the manager’s lack of professionalism. She was wearing leggings, earmuffs, and heavy makeup, which did not seem appropriate for a fast-food work environment. Combined with her hands-off response to the situation, it gave the impression that appearance mattered more than actively managing the restaurant.
Overall, the location felt disorganized and poorly managed. I would not recommend this McDonald’s if you are in a hurry or expect basic efficiency.
All I can say is that little girl manager needs to get off her high horse and actually WORK. STOP tryna be cute, but TRY and actually get STUFF done. Walking around w heavy makeup and BLUSH. Girl do some actual work and create that BLUSH naturally by WORKING. So embarrassing….
UPDATE AGAIN:
Less than 24 hours I tried to use the “link” to Mc donalds and put every information I could from the receipt. Then the website glitched out and WOULD NOT sent my complaint in. ANOTHER WASTE OF TIME. Just for fries and nuggets lol. At this point I don’t even think that chick was a worker. Just someones daughter thinking she can boss people around while wearing leggings and big earmuffs inside a FAST FOOD restaurant!

Our food was just slopped together and thrown in the bag like a 2 year old made it. You know people come and buy food because they’re hungry and they spend their hard-earned money on it. If you can’t take the time to make it correctly why the hell do you work there. I think the manager ought to do something allowing this to happen you can’t even tell this is supposed to be a green chili double cheeseburger.

This had just happened 11/28/2025. A dark overweight woman with tattoos on her face gave me my receipt on a mobile order in the drive thru. This is 10:24pm. She closed her window and I never moved in line. She then opened it back up 3 minutes later and told me to pay for my order, assuming she forgot my face. I explained i didnt move and just made my order. She then tried to say I made my order 30 minutes ago and got aggressive really fast after looking at my receipt. Told me to proceed in line, then told me to stop talking to her, and slammed the window closed. Calling me a dumbass. Totally could’ve been played off as a misunderstanding but she chose to verbally abuse me and call me names over this case and I do sincerely hope something was done after I spoke to the manager.

If the Walmart was super busy; this McDonalds was like a shark tank with raw steaks tossed in. However, the staff was cheerful and very professional. Both the dine in and drive thru were humming steadily with moving people in and out quickly and efficiently. We visited May 2025.

for a drink carrier the staff that help me threw it at me didn’t give me time to grab. Also had a missing item waited to be acknowledged in the drive thru was ignored,let the staff she know yank the receipt out my hand.just overall terrible customer service was able to take a picture of the young girl that helped me,was able to contact your customer care was able to send information and picture to them hopefully they terminate her, so no-one else have to get treated like this.

I had a real hankering for a McGriddle so stopped by here this morning. The lady on the intercom mumbles something to me then mumbles again when I told her I couldn’t understand her. No biggie, I know what I want so I tell her my meal and for my coffee, 4 splenda and half& half. She angrily ask me if I want water or decaf. I beg your finest pardon but what? She ask again. I explain , half&half is creamer, I can I have some in my coffee. She says, we don’t have creamer here. Alright, I gave up after that and drove home. Can yall teach the drive through people basic breakfast menu items? That was the most ridiculous exchange ever.
