This restaurant and bathroom was super clean. My nuggets & fries were made fresh to order and came out piping hot. The employees here are also very friendly. I’ll definitely be stopping here again when passing thru on my way to Phoenix.

Late dinner. I appreciate the service I received at McDonald’s in Gallup. I visited in the evening and ordered a fish sandwich combo. Upon inspection, the fish fillet was not fresh, so I returned my sandwich, including the fries. The manager inquired if I needed assistance and I requested a fresh fish fillet. She asked if I was willing to wait, and I replied affirmatively. I am pleased to report that my sandwich was freshly prepared, and the fries were also fresh, resulting in a satisfactory dinner. Thank you to the Native American lady at the McDonald’s in Gallup. I believe her name was either Cassie or Kathy.The manager.

We stopped here after driving for 8 hours. My family just wanted something quick and hot. We ordered and every single time I tried to say something, the person taking our order would say “anything else”. When I finally got to the end of ordering I noticed something wrong on the screen and asked for it to be fixed and she claimed she did. We got our food and we were missing nuggets, burgers, and all of or sauces. Our McChicken was wrong and the fries were quite literally inedible. I brought them back in and asked for our missing food and for our food that was gross or wrong to be replaced. I waited another 15 minutes and finally got it. I got back to the car and we were still missing sauces and the McChicken was still wrong. I ended up giving up and leaving without going back in. There wasn’t a single apology for the fact that they gave us inedible food or that they screwed up or missed half our order. I ended up trading my food with my daughters so she could eat. Only to bite into the McChicken and it was flooded with Mayo and also tasted rancid. Threw it out. Will never stop here again if we are out this way. I also will be telling anyone I know that is planning on driving through this area to avoid this McDonalds at all costs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Plus we ended wasting almost an hour after all the screw ups and waiting for our food to be fixed.

We went inside and were totally ignored for about 5 minutes while the employees gave all their attention to the drive thru. This location is right off I-40 and we were traveling. We had to use the restrooms, but they were locked. We had to wait to get buzzed in to be able to use them, but we were being ignored by the employees.

It was a Saturday so the inside was jammed packed. I just stopped off the highway to get a quick bite to eat. My chicken sandwich was okay, but I would have preferred it to be hotter. Other than that everything was fine. it’s McDonald’s consistency that keeps me coming back.
