I placed on online order to pick up through the drive thru. I ordered a QPC without pickles and salt & add lettuce n tomato, small fry and large coke however I was given someone else’s burger. Photos are included!! I’m not very happy.

So I came to drive thru! The automated voice came on but, the order taker never did. S9 I drove around to the first window, and there was no one there. Came to the second window which was closed. All workers were gathered at the food table. All they did was stare at me while I was waiting for someone to come to the window. Then they all decided to hide where there was no 9ne to be seen towards the lobby by the counter. After 7 minutes someone finally comes towards the windows and says they are closed. I said and none of your workers could have told me that instead of hiding. All she did was apologize. She said they have a leak.

They’re never kind here AND they can never fill the drinks even close to the rim of the cup. This is how it looks every time I have gone. My kids get a few sips of their drinks and they’re gone. How hard is it to fill up a cup!?!

Me and my wife went pick up a mobile order. At the pay window, we asked if we could order a big side of pickles, like a kids cup worth. The employee said he would ask, and when he came back, he said he could grant our request. However, when we went to the pick up window, what looked to be the store manager came and was extremely rude and gave us so much grief for the pickles. She snatched the cup from the employees hand and shook it and got mad at us and said, “Nuh uh, that’s too much. You can’t order that many pickles.” We told her we asked and said it was okay and she responded with “I’ll give it to you this time, but you can’t do that next time. That’s too much money.” It was so ridiculous since we paid for them and were upfront about our request and they said it was okay. Also, they don’t pay that much for those pickles. We were surprised how rude this manager was and how she got so upset and it made us feel so uncomfortable and shamed us for a minor request that we made.

We come here to take a brake on our bikes and it’s been great every time. Food is fresh and very clean inside. We never do drive through even in the car. Take some time people and go in and grab a bite. Never have a problem with service.

Rude employees. Accidentally placed order for inside and they couldnt just grab the bag and hand it to me through drive through. Made me get out after expressing recent knee injury. This mcdonalds always has the rudest employees. Do better. It really isnt that hard to grab a bag thats already next to the drive thru counter…

So first, my mother was cussed out here this evening at around 5:54 by a kid with very bad acne and a hoodie, along with a girl with fake lashes.
Then I went by—I didn’t tell them anything about my mother’s prior interaction with them; I just went as a normal customer. Holy cow, this staff is the rudest staff I’ve ever met. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years, and I would never act this way.
I understand finding workers is hard, but this is beyond unacceptable. There shouldn’t be any reason for three people to be at one register and not doing anything. There’s no reason for everyone I interact with to be rude when I was being nice, and they had the gall to act that way.
I talked with the supervisor, who said they will talk to the GM, and I will also follow up with the GM. If nothing is solved, I will be calling Julian Garza personally.

They charged me for bottle water and I never received one. The food is cold. They left my food out sitting. I waited for my food for 30 minutes. This is NOT FIRST time happening. Im not coming back ever again. Wasted my money.
