Ordered from the kiosk. I don’t understand why there is some items available in them but once u get your order and realize something wrong with it later they tell you that the machine isn’t working. First of all I ordered a mocha frappe and got an iced coffee with espresso and it tasted like chocolate milk. The fries were cold. It look all nice and cozy on the outside but on the inside it’s nice looking but bad service. The workers don’t look too busy but took forever to get to the front to help those inside. I didn’t get my frappe and got cold fries. For something quick and fast it was for a bad price.

This location is always a hit or miss. It lacks consistency. Fries are over salted, they always forget the dipping sauce and the chicken nuggets are overcooked. I’ll stick to the McDonald’s on golf course!

Ordered through the app so I didnt have to wait and still had to wait. They did not have a pick up parking spot and the drive through was full ao I thought it would be quicker to go in. Again, it was not. The girl who took my order number proceeded to go in the back, where she thinks I couldnt see her, and starts texting on her phone while other people work the drive through. Its called fast food for a reason because that’s what it should be. And if I order ahead of time it should be ready when I get there. I was almost late to my appointment. I doubt I will be back at the location again.

Stopped by after a very long day traveling in the car. The staff was overly rude and the fries were ICE cold and stale. I would just make the extra mile to the better McDonalds on Golf Course and Paseo.

Everytime I enter this McDonald’s there’s never anyone at the front desk, there’s never anyone who checks on the lobby area, the tables are dirty, the floor is dirty, the workers when they do talk to you are very rude, you can see them in the kitchen on their phones laughing showing eachother videos, you can hear them cursing. It’s a very unpleasant environment. I remember McDonald’s used to be so quick and efficient. Now when I do a mobile order it says my order is ready 15 minutes before they actually bring it out. Very upsetting place.

Most Incompetent fast food staff I’ve ever witnessed. Whether it’s Missing Items/Uncooked Food, this location consistently fails to meet the most basic of expectations. It’s obvious with every order that there is no management in that location.

I will start by saying that I don’t think these reviews make a difference, especially when the review is critical of the food or the service. I ordered via window pick up on 8/21/25. I ordered a small cheeseburger and small fries. The fries were basically soggy and not edible. The cheeseburger bun was unheated and the cheese was unmelted. It appears that it was thrown together in a careless manner, inconsistent with what a McDonalds cheeseburger is supposed to look like and taste like. For the food, I am rating at zero. The service was good at the pay window. The young man was friendly and efficient, the type you want to keep. The young man at the pick up window had no customer service skills whatsoever, the type you don’t want to keep.
For service I am giving a two star because at least the kid at the pay window was friendly and seemed motivated to do a good job. Overall rating for this restaurant is one star!
This McDonalds use to have great service, but lately very inconsistent. It would be great if the general manager at this location would take the time to give his operation some serious oversight toward improving food preparation and customer service. You might ask why I didn’t take the food back? It was easier to throw it away and write a critical review!
