Every time I ask for extra ice, I never get extra ice. The last time we went to McDonald’s they forgot to give us our ice creams we ordered in the drive-thru. This morning like many other mornings, I ordered the egg biscuit (two of them) and specifically clarified no cheese. Both egg biscuit sandwiches were covered in cheese and my children have dairy allergies so they couldn’t eat the food on the way to school.

I ordered a Caramel Frappe, not a cup of sad, floating ice cubes swimming in caramel milk. This thing was NOT BLENDED. At all. It was basically a cold coffee soup with chunks of ice aggressively attacking my straw.
I tried to sip it and immediately gave up because every pull was either pure liquid or an ice shard to the gums. No smoothness. No frappe texture. Just disappointment.
If I wanted an iced coffee that forgot it was supposed to be a frappe, I would’ve made it myself at home and saved the money.
Please blend the drink next time.

Stopped here for a late-night bite. The food was super fresh and hot. This is probably THE cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The only issue was that, for some reason, the food messed up my son’s and my stomach.

I have been to this McDonald’s quite a bit, but they rarely get our order correct. Today we used the app, and they shorted us a chicken deluxe. Went inside to get the missing sandwich only to find it was incorrectly made; it was missing cheese. The woman helping me took the sandwich and slapped a cold piece of cheese on the hot sandwich. Not what I had in mind when I ordered the sandwich. Needless to say, quality control, both in how an order is fulfilled and made, is severely lacking. I expect this from the Blake’s nearby, not from McDonald’s. Back to driving to Chick-fil-A.

There is an absolute stud working late night window at this location. This local legend goes by Johnny “Reckless” Villegas. He was so attentive to my needs and quickly moved the line forward. This young man is a true hard worker and needs to be recognized for his valiant effort! Great job Johnny!

Ordered thru the drive through. Had to wait a little longer but was given two meals but it was later snatched because I was trying to figure out why my 1 meal came in two bags. Got home only to realize that my order of fries was only 1/2 filled. Called to let the phone guy that they need to visually check the meals going out as I was not driving back for an order of fries.

So frustrating. Every time we go here, there is an issue with our order. Tonight we placed an on line order to save time and make sure our order was placed correctly (because in the past, they can’t even take an order properly). Pick up order (yes! I should have checked the order before leaving but just wanted to get home since I wasn’t feeling good) but missing a whole meal. End up having to drive all the way back to get it. In the future I’ll just drive an extra 5 minutes to the other one down the hill. At least I won’t be driving back and forth and letting my food get cold while I pick up missed ordered items

I had an absolutely awful experience at this McDonald’s. The young man taking my order on the speaker was straight‑up rude, with zero manners, and I could clearly hear him and a girl laughing in the background while I was ordering. Even after I told him to talk to me nicely, they kept laughing like it was a joke.When I pulled up to the window to speak to him face to face, he just kept smiling and laughing with the girl instead of taking me seriously. The manager walked by, saw everything, and did nothing. Worse, I could see on the computer screen that the manager was actually laughing with them behind the wall. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and it makes me not want to come back to this location at all.
