The Store Manager Stan was amazing he went out of his way to make my daughter that’s 11 years old and also on the spectrum.. They gave us a toy but she wanted a different one so he let her have the one she got in the happy meal and the one she wanted.. I was going to ask for a refund because I was changed for an extra drink I didn’t ask for.. So, what he did was also gave her another toy she’s been wanting from Zootopia 2 she wanted the fox Nick so he gave her that too as well.. I told him are you sure he said yes he was sure.. Stan is an amazing store Manager at Holly..

Came back again, and Carlos still delivers top-tier service every single time! I stopped by McDonald’s today because of how great my last visit was, and Carlos didn’t disappoint. He remembered my usual order, greeted me like an old friend, and made sure everything came out hot and fresh. It’s rare to find someone who’s this consistent, friendly, and efficient no matter how busy it gets. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Carlos makes the entire experience worth coming back for — he’s the definition of 5-star service!

Quality has gone down. Not that McD’s was ever a Michelin star restaurant, but this location has become increasingly “mediocre” over the last twelve months. The AI voice prompt at the drive through drives me crazy – No, I don’t want to use the “app” today…
Please rethink this strategy because it just feels patronizing.
Deluxe Quarter Pounder should not have 3oz of mayo smeared on it. I’m actually feeling gross after eating this sandwich and regret thinking this one included bacon because the menu is now overly complex and difficult to read – maybe I should use the “app”? Lol.
9/10 I end up parked and waiting for my food, even if I just order a fries and drink. Might suggest walking in instead of the drive-through if you’re not in a rush.
I got a craving for some McDonalds and ended up feeling queasy. Think I’ll stick to Five Guys or just make my own burgers at home, where I can control the level of mayo down to the gram.

This location consistently provides fast and good food, giving me a significantly better service than the location on Wyoming. I regularly tell my friends to visit this location instead, and although the Drive Thru has you wait at times and park, the practices are always consistent and predictable. Orders are taken accurately, and employees are knowledgeable and efficient.

The drive-thru is very efficient, but always busy in the peak times; it’s almost guaranteed that both tandem lanes will be wrapped around the building.
The bathrooms are pretty clean, but have a fair amount of graffiti, especially considering the part of town it is in. I did notice that a person goes in very regularly to empty the trash and check the bathroom.
The food is outstanding. It’s hot and fresh and very, very tasty. The Staff is always friendly upon arrival as well.
The interior is clean and bright and just has a nice design and layout.
The parking lot is very new and has good inlets and outlets to the rest of the shopping strip and main road.
I recommend highly if you’re on the go or planning to eat inside.

I don’t know if this is a directive from corporate, but this McDonald’s consistently diluted sodas and it’s drinks. If it’s diluting drinks, what other questionable practices is it doing with his food?
I got a Hi-C and it tasted like colored water.
I definitely wouldn’t go here.

This McDs is straight up the best McDs in Burque, and probably of the the best in the state. The place is always clean. The staff is always very friendly. The food is consistent and my orders are always correct. The drive through window peeps are the chillest.
