I live on the west side of town , so don’t come up this way often. But i’ve lived in albuquerque all my life , and i’ve probably eaten every mcdonald’s in this city. 9 times out of 10, when I come to this McDonald’s the food tastes so much better than all the other mcdonald’s. One would ask themselves, how does the same food taste this different? Only conclusion I could come to is management. With that said good job.

I’ve gone here a few times, my rating is half and half. I really like the snack wrap but twice ive gotten one that the chicken did not taste right and or was raw. I did not eat it and spoke with a person in charge but they were not the manager in charge but they were in charge while the manager was at the bank according to them, they replaced my meal. The second time about a week later this same person also helped me out, this time they assisted me by replacing my meal with a new one. I took the meal back to them both times to show them thay the chicken was raw and or rubbery. As far as the other items ive gotten from there, they have been fine. I dont know about their chicken tho…

I go to this McDonalds a lot I went through drive thru for my break from work. Only ordered a small iced coffee and a pie. They send me to the last window to wait for my coffee. Ummm ok. So I wait about 2 minutes. I finally saw an employee and asked him to check about my iced coffee. He came back and said they were brewing a new pot of coffee. I asked how much longer do you think it would be. He said 4 minutes. I said I have to wait 4 more minutes from now? He said yes. I asked for the manager, when he came, I told him to wait that long for an iced coffee.. someone should have told me it would be a long wait. I asked for my money back. As he left, another employee came and gave me a small “iced coffee” stating on one had seen her making it. I was just happy to get my coffee and go. As I take a sip.. there was absolutely no coffee in this drink. Only cream and caramel. So then I had to go back and get a refund. Ridiculous!! I will never go back to this McDonald’s again

Manager doesn’t belong there treated her employees like peasants while I was in process of making order I left smh kinda goofy looking with glasses and curly hair with acne but spoke to her staff very demanding and disrespectful. Asked for her name and she flat out refused to give me her name and very rude even to me just for asking. Will not come again store was also a mess and very dirty. . Came around 6ish

The simple word for this place is garbage .place is a mess bathrooms a mess food a mess and asked to speak to manager about my food and she was horrible as well and it explains why the store is a mess . short girl curly hair glasses. Will never come here again very unsanitary and seems like manager wants to talk with employees all day rather then work . Seems like a party in the back while customers are waiting to place orders or ask questions very sad what customer service this place has or lack there of .

The store is open. I wait 5 minutes for someone in the drive thru to respond. Then she come on & says there system is down & they cannot prepare food or coffee.

Don’t go through drive through. You’ll only get half of the food you paid for. Then when you go in, the night manager is not sorry. She will fight with you about every item they missed. I gave you extra kid fries – well the reciept says apple slices. They have a couple tables that have changing lights – that’s cool.

McDonalds is the WORST for customer service. It sucks they’re the most convenient restaurant around because my hard earned money obviously means nothing to them. This is what happens when you ask for fresh cookies. Mind you, they told me I had to wait 5 minutes before they could box them so they could cool down. I waited 5 minutes. Staff is always rude, never friendly.
