We placed an order for a number 1, a kids meal, a five daller bundle with a hot and spicy and got an extra hot and spicy. When my son started to eat his hot and spicy he noticed that someone had already taken a bit of it. Im not sure if it was an employee or we were given a return item. I tried to call the location but no one answered the phone. We checked the remainder of our order and everything else was okay but it is unacceptable that we got food that had already been eaten by someone else.

Always check your food, especially when you tell you have a food allergy. I told the girl taking my order in the drive thru “please please please, no onions, I have a food allergy.” I guess they thought I had a death wish and added extra onions.
When I went inside the manager looked at me annoyed and had them remade, in the same area where the onions were. Even the new ones she made I didn’t eat because there were onions on the buns. She didn’t bother to apologize. She just handed me the bag and said “here you go”. So I just threw them away. I was not gonna risk an anaphylactic episode because people don’t know how to avoid cross contamination. The manager should also check her tone and how she talks to her employees. There are customers that speak Spanish very well.

Look I know that they’re busy, but waiting over 30 minutes for my order next to someone in Curbside Pick-up who’s been waiting even longer is pretty ridiculous and poor resource management. A potential improvement for this is pending based on whether the food is even warm.

The lady taking my order removed my discount from my ticket after I scanned it from my app. She proceeded to blame my app saying it wasn’t her fault, it was the app. So the price was totally wrong. After explaining to her that it was wrong she continued to tell her co worker in spanish that ” I want to eat but didnt want to pay for it. Little did she know I speak Spanish and understood everything she was telling her co worker. I would highly recommend employees get training in customer service. This employee had zero customer service skills. That will be the last time I go to this Mcdonalds.

This Location is a joke. Their service sucks. They’re not mindful of everyone else’s time and they don’t care to get their orders right. I ordered through the app. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes at the window for a large iced vanilla coffee? Only to get it black! I did not order a black coffee. I ordered an iced French vanilla with milk, sugar and caramel. Why is it black? I also ordered breakfast before breakfast ended. I get there by the time they get to me breakfast has ended and they tell me they don’t longer have my order. Excuse me I just ordered it. How do you not have my order? They then proceed to tell me I could either change my order or I could cancel it.? I changed my order for lunch items it did not come out to what I had ordered for breakfast so they overcharged me as well.

Albuquerque must have an out-of-control vagrant problem and McD’s is trying to manage their challenge. Everything is locked (the restroom). They were short employees and it took about 10 minutes to get our to-go order. Fries were cold. Not impressed with the product, service or atmosphere. There’s a better McDonald’s

I asked for extra cheese on my sausage breakfast burritos and they had NO cheese at all. I realized when I got home that the receipt was not given to me to see if they charged me for extra cheese. I guess they didn’t want me to give them a bad survey. Also, when I ordered my coffee I asked for cream on the side and it wasn’t in the bag. Good thing I noticed and they gave me some while I was still at the window.

I was at this McDonald location on may 4 at 11pm we ordered and paid online showed them proof that the transaction went through at this location and there was girl speaking in Spanish assuming we didn’t know what was said calling us stupid and we when we asked to speak to the manager and we was raising his voice and shut the door when we asked for their name. As we tried to come to an understanding the only solution was to avoid us completely they stopped doing there job to take pictures and videos of us . They were Super unprofessional!!! Very disappointed!!! I hope nobody gets treated like this at McDonald.
