Place was busy for a Sunday evening but lobby was clean and everything was stocked. The order took a while due to several large orders but these ladies did amazing.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Thier employee and manager are unprofessional and rude and try to con me out of money. The employe for one was just laughing in my face ,because the manager try telling me I owe them 1.05 I was confused because I have the mcdonald’s app and I had a code for a free breakfast sandwich so I asked the manager why is it 1.05 i thought it was supposed to be free she said because I added cheese. I said oh I didn’t know you guys charge for cheese on the breakfast sandwiches and I asked if she could just take off the cheese. She just shook her head and the employee bursted out laughing. Like I felt very judge in this situation. Like I didn’t know using my mcdonald’s app to get a free sandwich would cause someone to laugh in my face. Not everyone is in good financial condition. Just because I didn’t pay for it doesn’t give mcdonalds employees to act so self righteous. To also point out i asked for my recipet and on the receipt it says add xheese with 0.00. So why did that manager try charger me 1.05? I just don’t understand.
They also don’t know how to do their job correctly as they didn’t even ask for a code I had to tell them. Like why have a sign out for the customers to give the employees a code if the employees dont even care to ask or act very rude when you do use a code.
Never have I ever had any type of experience like this at any other mcdonald’s. Im from phoenix arizona and thats a big city with a lot of rude people. This is new mexico a small town compared to arizona.
If you want to get treated like trash then I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Go to different franchises some are family own and at least they will treat you better.

The slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to. I orders 3 items, 6pcs nuggets, 10pcs nuggets and a medium coke zero in DT. I had to repeat my order 4 times.

This location will without fail not give you something I have not gotten a frape multiple times with out fail also you will never get a straw or sauces guarantee. How am I supposed to eat nuggets without sauce ?? Such disappointment

This location sucks they always mess my order up I don’t think even one I got the right order went to get a bacon mc griddle and I get home they gave me a sausage asked for round egg gave me a folded I did not receive my hash brown this location is just scamming people for there money what a joke of a company even after I asked the server to fix my order I still didn’t receive what I was asking for it just seems like no one at this location listens or even cares which sucks cuz this location used to be good

I a breakfast meal deal and I was charged full price spoke to the manager she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about she kept saying it was only lunch meal deal. The person it the drive thru was not going to go check it was really ridiculous the person at the drive thru window got very rude it was just so ridiculous I waont go there again !!!!! It was lousy.

Brought the kids to play but the play area was disgusting as well as the rest of the restaurant. Doesn’t seem like it gets cleaned. You ask the staff to clean and they give you napkins to do it yourself.
