Came to this location and we ordered inside. On kiosk. The theyre was a line of cars outside. So we dinned inside every single employee were joking around like lil kids had music full blast employees were singing very loud instead of working and getting ordered correct and out . They were ignoring customers inside. They waited and waited and finally walked out jo happy at all. We waited about 20 minutes for order and they got my husband order wrong. So had to return it. And had to wait another 12 minutes by the time his order came out everything was cold.. it was very loud music was ridiculous they need a manager who is serious about the work. Lucky I wasn’t running it I be looking for new employees immediately. These employees are rude and talking bad about customers of different races. All I can say is the crew walks all over the manager on duty very sad to see this they lost a good amount of paying customers I will not eat at this location ever again. The customers that stayed were not happy at all. They were waiting and waiting for some kind of service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOPPY SERVICE.

Coming here use to be fast. But now they have you waiting 10-15 min for your food, while all the cars behind are getting out faster. I’d understand if I had a big order but for a frappe and 10 piece nugget meal shouldn’t take that long.

Food was normal and area was clean. My kids got happy meals with the same toys. I went to ask for different ones and was denied. Yet the general manager had her kids hanging out in the play place (obstructing my two and three year olds) and they got to handpicked which boxes they didn’t have since they knew the codes on the bottom. Even their own worker confirmed this as I was talking to my wife.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to reach the window, only to be told then that it would be another 10–15 minutes for a single pie.

If you know an item isn’t available or will take that long, customers should be told before they sit trapped in a drive-thru line wasting their time. Instead, I was forced to leave without my order and without a refund because I couldn’t wait another 15 minutes.

This is a complete failure of basic customer service and communication. Long waits happen, but poor communication and holding customers hostage in a drive-thru is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.

We ordered a total of 4 fries 1 being for a meal. The lady asked if it was correct on the screen we said yes when we went to pay they handed us the recipt and only 3 fries were on the order, and the lady being very rude when given didnt let us ask her the question about the missing frie. When We than told the person at the 2nd window handing us pur food they said we had to go around the drive thru and order the missing fries again but also we told him he forgot our 2nd dr pepper we ordered and he goes and rolls his eyes and says i guess ill give u ur 2nd Dr pepper

Lol this is my neighborhood, it looks a little scary.But it’s not!!! There are mcdonald’s all over this town, and i’ve been to quite a few. You will not find any better customer service and smiles than you do in this mcdonald’s. I’m new to this side of town but as they say at McDonald’s “I’m loving it”

Coming from someone who used to manage in food, I know the industry is constantly changing. However, I’m here on a less-busy-than-usual Friday (according to Google) and there’s 12 people in the kitchen and my order has just been started 40 minutes after I placed it. The manager told me to check in but I’ve never had to do that and I would still get my stuff relatively quickly considering the high volume they carry on a daily basis. It’s now 10:45 and my breakfast has been cancelled
I’d rather go out of my way to go to Burger King. Even if they usually mess my order up 89% of the time, I still get the food I ordered within 45 minutes.

I recently ordered through the mobile app for a drive thru pick up and things were going as they should until we got to the window and they gave me the wrong order and I told them it was wrong. I told them my correct order and said they never got the order and it never went through but I was charged, I told them I never received my order and I’d be willing to wait if they could re-make it and if they couldn’t do that I would like a refund because I’ve been charged already. But the older lady manager rolled her eyes and was very standoffish and told my just to ask for a refund through the app but the app says I have to call the store or talk to the location but the location won’t answer and if they do they give me the same answer. I would just like a refund for the food I never got. And the many times I’ve been there before, the manager seems like she doesn’t have a clue how the line queue works, she’s always confused or giving out the wrong order when she’s at window.
