Ordered delivery through the mcdonalds app. 1 happy meal, 2 big macs , 1 double quarter pounder w cheese which Never made it here. I dislike doordash but thats who delivered it . It was sealed . Not the drivers fault 100% restaurants fault . They wouldn’t do anything to make it right, blamed it on doordash, Indian school location didn’t answer. Now im out of a lunch and money while everyone else eats . Sad business to run

Currently here at the drive through on my lunch break been waiting for about 10 minutes already just for the employee at the window to tell me its going to be an event longer wait because she needs her managers finger print to continue the transaction but she said her manager left. What kind of manager leaves their crew in the middle of a rush. Not to mention when I got to the second window there where 3 guys standing there debating what order is next . I would think with the 10 minutes I was waiting they would have it together but nope. Very incompetent employees tonight.

Ordered a small iced Carmel latte w extra Carmel drizzle, drive thru worker had me move up and waited 10 minutes for a nasty coffee without my extra drizzle. So frustrating how these kids don’t pay attention to orders and forget that you’re waiting for your order.

This McDonald’s has been noticeably worse since around August 2025. Missing items, wrong items, and a huge decline in quality. It’s a waste of money to go here if you know the food is going to be ice cold and gross. This used to be a good location. Also there are aggressive homeless people that hang out there all day every day.

The last 3 times at this McDonald’s Restaurant is kinda disappointing. Looking forward to a hot meal, my fault I didn’t cook today, but burger and fries are literally NOT hot off the grill. Not doing this again. Staff is friendly.

Bought food on the app, then they shut down POS early. The manager insisted my order didn’t exist, even when shown the McDonald’s app, and the bank charge on that app.

I just paid $10 for the hardest, oldest steak, egg and cheese bagel of my life. I cannot even bite into the bagel. That’s how hard it is.. I went to google to find the phone number and they don’t have one. It’s already bad enough. McDonald’s is not healthy in anyway they have the audacity to sell Old food..

I got a meal through the drive thru. The burger was wrong. So I went back around so they could correct it. Got stuck in line. I then asked them if they could give me some new fries cause mine got cold. Had to wait a few minutes while they reheated my old fries. I should have kept my old fries. That way, I would be sure they were fresh.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I placed a mobile breakfast order, arrived at 10:35 only to be told that they were no longer able to give me my order and that they had to cancel, I said ok can I get a receipt of the refund because it had already charged me. She refused (manager/supervisor) she kept telling me to check me bank statements, I think her that i had gone through because the app said that it was purchased and that the store would be working on my ordwr
order. She said she couldn’t give me a receipt because she didn’t charge me, lies. I told her the app charged me and said you would be making the order. They refused to give me my food or a copy of a receipt stating the order had been refunded to my account. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apologies, no correction, no receipt. AWFUL
