They keep denying me service due to me completing their own survey at the top of their own receipt (BOGO sandwich of equal or lesser value). This is the 3rd time I’m told to comeback later when they are not busy. Today I was told to move aside until the manager was available. When he did show up he tried to tell me the validation code was not valid. I didn’t argue. I showed them another receipt and told him I would complete the survey and be back in 3 minutes. Upon completing the survey and returning with a new validation code I was told to step aside and to wait for the manager again. I refused to and waited for the manager. When the manager came to the register he said, “What do you want” in a hostile tone. I ordered in a polite manner. He finally accept my order.
I’m a truck driver and visit this location 4 times a week. This is unacceptable. I will definitely be contacting corporate and filing a complaint. (Which I have never done before) I did record the second part of the incident and will be submitting it with my complaint.

Restaurant was very clean and well picked up inside and out talk to one of the employees making $12 an hour. Her job was basically cleaning and disinfecting tables and the dining room she also did trash disposal and made tea. Very happy with their job very satisfied this restaurant is on tribal land she especially like that she could walk to work.

Food, 2 stars ofc its mcdonalds, atmosphere 2 because again…its mcdonalds and whats more the staff does little to make their guests feel welcome, and 2 for service. I wouldve left 1 star but this is my community mcdonalds and I know some people here and care about them. They CONSTANTLY forget things and get orders incorrect. I received a twenty piece with no sauce. Please do better. If there were anything else in the same vacinity i would never visit this place.

Amazing people. They were very nice, and when I got my food I looked in my bag to see everything was set in so nicely organized like they actually care, which is rare in the fast food world. Thank you McDonald’s employees for such a pleasant experience. ❤️

Hopefully a bad experience.
We were driving by and wanted a quick meal. We’ll, that didn’t happen.
Drove through drive through and ordered at 1:07 PM. Order a cheese burger meal and a fish meal with shake. (One car ahead of us)
We were asked to wait in driveway through parking. (So did the car ahead of us) Saw 4 more vehicles drive through and order. Get their food and leave.
Waited til 130PM and the driver of the other car and myself walked into store to find out was happening. Staff person walked the order out as we were standing inside.
Food was hot and very good just the extra long wait.

I placed an online order through the app this morning at 7.25. It was for a large Coke and three cookies. I arrived at the site at 7.33. I waited 14 minutes for my order to arrive. More than 20 cars went through the drive-through in that time. When I asked what took so long, I was told that i could talk to somebody inside about it. I waited in the store for more than 5 minutes, being completely ignored the whole time. As I left, I took a photo of their corporate office number to complain. When I called that number, it turned out to be a number to sign up for Medicare. Who thinks that this kind of thing is acceptable?

If I could give a 0 star I would ordered curbside on our way to Albuquerque for a appointment and put it for curbside waited almost 30 mins before my husband got down and went to see what was wrong it was just sitting on the counter it was cold and hard very upsetting. Did not have time to take back in as we were already behind on time waiting for it .
