Restaurant was very clean and well picked up inside and out talk to one of the employees making $12 an hour. Her job was basically cleaning and disinfecting tables and the dining room she also did trash disposal and made tea. Very happy with their job very satisfied this restaurant is on tribal land she especially like that she could walk to work.

Wow, after reading a few reviews from others, I just wanted to clarify a couple things. There ARE restrooms here!!!! This McDonald’s is part of a Travel Center… as such there is a convenience store that is literally connected to it. Walk a few feet inside the store and… amazing….there are restrooms inside. So pick up a couple essentials for the road while you are there. Also, dinging this particular McDonald’s restaurant’s prices when McDonald’s prices all over the country have increased due to the plandemic is absolutely not fair. This McDonald’s is awesome! Great food, great staff, very clean. Of course, every once in a while there is a glitch, and since this McDonald’s is not always wi-fi friendly, there may be an occasional computer outage or app issue. Rural areas don’t always have the access that big cities have when it comes to the internet. Considering this fact, the staff works very hard to make sure everything can run as expected with what they have available to them. AND, while you’re here, stop in at the Acoma Pueblo Sky City Casino across the street and try your luck, or drive a few miles to the Acoma Pueblo’s Visitors Center at Sky City for an eye-opening tour of this beautiful place!

It’s a good place, the person that took our order had a hard time reading the actual order number. He was calling totally random number while behind him above his head, there was a monitor showing what order is being processed and what is ready to take. Kinda interesting . Ordered two bacon double cheeseburgers and two large coffees. Ari (Aria) was very polite,friendly and as helpful as she was able to be. We are very disappointed with your app still! We were unable to access your app while in the restaurant or in the parking lot, even after downloading your update which also took far too much time! We totally enjoyed our burgers, coffee, service, and dining area atmosphere! It is a shame a business the size of McDonald’s puts their staff/employees/team members/ customer service professionals in such an awkward situation constantly with your poorly functioning app!

McDonald’s has soft drinks for about a dollar. Coffe is affordable too. Can always use the restrooms. Don’t have to wait in line at the counter for access to restrooms. Breakfast foods are pretty good.

Waited 20 minutes for our food today while every other order came out. Got our order, was missing half of it. Waited another 20 minutes while, again, every other new order came out. Almost every other customer was also returning too, so it seems like everyone’s orders were wrong.
