This McDonald’s needs employees with better attitude and training, me, my brother in law, and mother in law went through the drive thru to order food for us and the rest of our family and as we were ordering this rude employee kept saying is that it! In a very rude way after ordering only 2 meals and was about to order 2 more meals but we didn’t end up ordering anymore because the rude employee had bad attitude and bad customer service we will not be coming here again.

Worst fastfood restaurant ever. You always say you are open 24/7 and you aren’t open 24/7 the food is always cold and you sit in the drive through forever before you get your food. Train your employees better and figure out how to have quicker service even Dominos and Taco Bell are faster than you ridiculous.

When u allow a cashier to watch her you tube videos while working and ignore the customers isn’t cool. She was still watching her videos when she was giving out the orders that were sitting there to be called out. Mgmt. didn’t say anything or act on it. The line was really long.

This location is always so slow and I ordered a Big Mac and it only had 1 patty and the fries were stale it was a reminder of why I don’t go there. The individuals at the window are always unfriendly. The slam the window in your face after they give u the food or after they tell u to park on drive thru section of parking and make u wait.

This one is filled with kids employees, thats already a red flag for service.
My order is finally ready, and the kid literally hands me my bag, not folded or anything, literally just dangling it… like im some sort of dog and he let’s it go…

Don’t order iced coffee from here. It’s NEVER made right. And mobile order w/curbside pickup takes longer than ordering through the drive-thru. Sometimes coffee after 7pm is served luke warm.

A pleasant side trip when we were in Flagstaff. Half way from Flagstaff to the south rim of the Grand Cañon it was easy to find. The visitor center had good maps of several short walks to well preserved ruins (can’t call them hikes, they were too short). The guide book for the main Pueblo site was well done, and the walkway is accessible most the way. The ball court and blow hole are unusual for Pueblo sites, and the multicultural history of this Pueblo makes it worth the short drive.
