It’s not often that I post a review but I felt like if people don’t communicate in a meaningful way then how can change take place.
12 minute’s in the heat waiting for 2 frozen coca colas. There was only 2 cars ahead…something wrong is going on here…that’s to long a wait for what we ordered. No apologies for making us wait either….
Has a nice play place. Wait time is pretty long inside and they forget to bring you your food when they say they will (happened almost every time we’ve eaten inside)
Have been getting the happy meals lately. Trying to eat smaller portions. Still taste the same. Staff was rushed and forgot my straw in the drive thru.
Covid has got alot of workers used to no contact. We used the ordering kiosk of course, but we were not greeted by any staff. The dining area was empty but several tables were dirty. We planned to eat in, but ended up just taking it to go. Food was fine though.
38mins over the average of 45mins it usually takes in the drivethru. Not to worry though, because the food is still cold, and tastes like it sat around for 4 days. any of the good reviews for this place, are either employees, managment or 3rd party reviewers who are being paid to post good reviews. Place is garbage. I would say Im surprised but this is a common occurrence in New Mexico for any “Fast food” restaurant. If you are in Belen, Bypass Mcdonalds and everything else and just go to Arby’s at the loves truck stop at I25. Food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and fast.
3 for 3 on messing up my simple order! I’ll keep coming back for my refund, don’t worry. Also, 30 min in the drive through???
I went to get food for me, my dad, and my sister. I went through drive thru and was told to park. We waited for twenty minutes before stopping an employee. The employee knew we had been sitting there because he said “you guys have been here for a while huh?” Yes sir, we have! Where is our order? Then proceeds to ask for our receipt. Ten minutes later, all of our food, 3 large meals plus an extra burger on the side, all put in one bag! And to make everything better, none of our modifications were correct and the extra burger that we paid for was missing. We didn’t want to deal with it anymore, but you will not see me or my family at Belen McDonald’s again!
Food wise…top notch, Customer service wise…0 out of 10. Always forgets something that we ordered. Another thing is that they say the lobby is open and whatever time I go in, morning, lunchtime, or evening it is always closed.
I have Never felt so unwelcomed in a community than yesterday morning stopping with a close friend to be respectful of others by opening the door for husband and wife…so long story I’d never. Would visit a place I’m unwelcomed do that’s for the lesson.. ⭐✨
