Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and a couple of bfast sandwiches via “McDelivery” today. The bfast sandwiches were fine, BUT YOU GUYS DIDNT THROW IN ANY SYRUP, BUTTER OR JAM. Now I have all this dry bread that I cant eat…not cool. For 20+dollars out the door per person for delivery, id expect better. You guys threw in plenty of ketchup tho…Which we didnt request. Lol

Did not know this was on the only McDonald’s that had other than golden arches….pretty light blue to match the Sedona town motif. Wish we had taken a picture of the blue arches.

Horrible! Awful! It’s as if y’all are actively trying to lose customers. I used to eat at McDs weekly, but stopped when y’all got rid of your self-serve fountain drinks! Luckily Taco Bell still respects and appreciates their customers!

The design of this McDonald’s is high tech and attractive. The premises were clean. Staff fulfilled my order promptly and courteously. The $1 deal for any size coffee(I had a large of course)may be the best around. McD’s coffee is great.

DISGUSTING DINING ROOM. Napkins and tea were completely empty. There was trash everywhere and the tables/floors were sticky and gross. There was one worker at the register who was helpful but there were many employees standing around in the back doing nothing. Terrible experience

During a long wait at a local ER , I sent my wife to pick me up a 1/4 lb burger which is pictured below. As you can see from the picture on top of the burger is a piece packing paper carefully covered by the cheese. I do not believe this was an accident. Contacted corporate who sent us to store manager who sent us 2 coupons for 2 more puke meals. That does not even begin to compensate us for their actions. My advice. don’t eat here, I don’t think they like their customers.
