Stopped here while driving from Meteor Crater to Petrified Forest. This McDonald’s has a kids’ play area and you can walk here from the plaza across the street.
The service was a little slow, but they weren’t awful when it comes to timing. The food is very consistent; you can get a Quarter Pounder in Florida and it’ll taste the same. Regardless, this is a great place to get some decent food if you’re on a long drive.

Why is it so hard for y’all to just do it correctly the first time. 95% of the time its cold fries, today it was cold fries and looks like im missing the part that makes a hamburger, a hamburger. Whelp I am not Mc Loving it.

Whenever I eat at McDonald’s, it’s simply for convenience sake. But, I must admit that the double cheese burger and the fries are pretty good. I also enjoy their egg mcmuffin and hash browns. There’s not much else to write about. Everyone has been to McDonald’s, at least once or twice during their lifetime. Enjoy and safe travels.

Extremely unsatisfied. First annoyed because they only accepted cash or mobile orders. We had to go around and do a mobile order. We specifically put what dressings we wanted. We got our order and left. On the road I realized that we did not get any dressings AT ALL. The nuggets tasted nasty. Fries were not cooked all the way. Personally we can’t eat our food satisfied without dressing. $53 wasted!!! Nobody ate their food.

what a joke! I clearly ordered 2 egg biscuits with cheese ONLY — no meat at all. And you still threw in a sausage patty like you don’t even care. you also gave me only 1 sandwich instead of 2.I don’t eat meat, and now my whole meal is trash. This isn’t just a mistake — it’s pure carelessness and disrespect. If your team can’t follow a simple order, why even bother taking them? Totally unacceptable.

This was a very dirty McDs…we’ve been to our share. Service was very slow. Had to ask for our coffees even tho no one was in line. Hubby ordered milk. Handed him a cream. Asked for milk, staff had to ask another staff what to do. They gave him 1/2 a coffee cup of milk to add to his. Smh

This location is the worst locating in the world. With zero c7stomers in line they tell you to pull forward and then you have to wait an additional 5 mins for your food. Anywhere else in the country the food 8s ready befor you get to window #2. There is never a manager on sight and the food is always cold in the center. The crappy thing is they dont even care about the place. The bathroom is alway dirty and the people obviously hate working there. I believe it all comes down to the management and it is obvious that they dont have anyone there to support the staff and they are severely lacking in training. I worked in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years and I can tell that they are in need of a restructuring and manager training with major team building.

Dirty, especially the bathrooms. Can’t rate Customer service because everything is automated now. Basically threw my food in a bag and called a number and walked away before I could even ask for ketchup Fries were good.
