I rarely go to McDonald’s, but this one was right on the way and I just wanted a quick bite. For just around $10 we got a cheeseburger and a spicy chicken wrap. The service was fast, and the food was pretty decent. Even the restroom was clean, which is not always the case.
But here’s what surprised me — the place was almost empty, yet there was nowhere to sit because almost every table was dirty. You’ve got like 4 people per hour here, is it really that hard to keep it clean? I can only imagine what it looks like on a busy day when there are hundrends of customers.
So I’m taking off one star for that. Other than that, it’s a decent stop for a quick bite.

Every single time they forget items or they will put over amounts of sauces on the side of the bun or serve you rubbery fries with no salt. The worst thing about this McDonald’s is that they have an attitude problem! They never say thank you they never smile. They’re not trained correctly because if you serve food with a smile it tastes better and they come back. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life and I live in this town.

Good place to poop. Restroom was clean, no door lock, fold down baby changing table to organize your crap on while pooping, maybe watch some YouTube. Has paper towels. 2 sinks. Was not busy when I stopped.

Because this franchise is in a remote location they do not honor most of the promotional price that the vast majority of McDonald’s restaurants do. I nearly soiled my britches when they told me two sausage egg mcMuffins and a hashbrown was $23!!! Not only do they not honor promotional pricing, their regular prices are way higher than pretty much any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They have you as a captive audience, and can charge whatever they want.
On the plus side, at least the food was made freshly and was very hot.

Love the “double checked” sticker on their fries. I always ask for no salt on fries and lots of stores ignored it, but I feel heard here. Plus very easy to park and get out.

The absolute dirtiest one I have ever been in. Tables are covered in waste and smeared food. Want to order with the kiosk? You bet! No other options. The manager refused to place my order at the counter. Seriously, go to a different place.

Great customer service saves the day.
Placed a mobile order before getting to the store. When we got there was told that they couldn’t find the order despite know the name that it was placed under. They had re-input our order causing our wait to be even longer.
Still leaving good review due to food being made hot and fresh and apparently free since our order was refunded the following day.

This is the worst McDonald’s location in the world consistently cold french fries. They cannot take an order down to save their life three nights in a row. I have asked for a hamburger with pickles and ketchup, only three nights in a row, sadly disappointed when I called to mention it the lady told me she took the order and proceeded to tell me, I didn’t ask for what my kid was screaming for three nights in a row you would be better off Going to any other restaurant than McDonald’s in Williams

Absolutely rubbish and really slow service. Despite asking twice, the girl behind the counter refused to sort our order. Took half an hour to get a big Mac meal and a cup of tea. The staff in the back spent most of their time shouting ‘shut up’ at each other rather than actually sorting out the orders. Don’t bother stopping here if you’re in a hurry.
