Its not a large order. Just a quarter pounder w cheese meal.
Yesterday I stopped in and bought the Big mac meal. No wait for it!! I was pretty stoked, I was hungry.
It was dry. Dry. No sauce. No ketchup, mustard. Dry…
I had asked for ketchup for my fries, I tried using on the Big mac, but ketchup did not taste good on it.
Yesterday she was not working when I went, but they have a young lady with rainbow colored hair. She is always upbeat, funny and on the ball.
The dry Big mac really did suck though.

Really great little McDonald’s I like the design. My food came out hot and fast in the drive thru. The only issue was I order a Powerade for the drink and they gave me a Dr Peoper.
The staff was really nice about it and swapped out my drink.
I want to apologize to the staff for how rude my boss was. He should have never used that tone with the woman at the drive thru and they were still polite even after the negative interaction.

Ordered on the app and refused to give me all the sauces that I ordered. Iask the RGM for more sauces Phillis she refused to give the sauce she said they have to charge for it. If it was needed to be charged it should ring it up with the order on the mobile app

They were extremely rude to us, we got a couple kids meals and asked if they could all have different toys for the kids and the lady said “um no we only have one toy” very rudely, then we went over when they gave us our food we had two different toys and one was a repeat so we went back up and asked to switch it out because they do have different toys and she said “ my manager said you get what you get”very snarky. McDonald’s in Snowflake doesn’t care about customers they only care about the money, I would much rather recommend Sonic in Taylor ↕️ (edit: they were too focused on picking out the same toy that they messed up our order and gave us a hot and spicy with tomato’s . So rude)

Worst McDonald’s restaurant ever, which is saying something. Might as well dine in somewhere, it’d be about the same price and you’d get your food faster. Went through drive through, paid for order and wanted to add a couple apple pies at next window and they wouldn’t do it. Always have 3 cars deep pulling forward waiting for food. I paid for my order at 5:58pm and my food was brought out to me at 6:26…whats the point of even having a drive through? Take your business across the street to el Cupidos. The food is better, service is friendlier, and even with more people, your food comes out faster. I’m completely finished with this restaurant. I’d give it negative stars if it was an option.

This store seems to have management issues. They are frequently very understaffed with very long wait times. The employees have all been very nice. There is one dark haired young man that’s worked there for a few years who is exceptional, I hope he makes management or gets out of there.

Every time I order anything with lettuce I am scared because of how old it is. This time around the lettuce was horrific I almost threw up because it looked so awful. I hate to complain but this is a constant problem here and someone needs to correct the issues because I have spoke out and nothing has been done about it and here I am finally. I love McDonalds and lettuce but seeing this more 9/10 times when i order I feel enough is enough. If you wouldn’t eat it please don’t serve it that’s my motto and I’ll stick it with. I’ve worked fast food for 5 years and i would never put that on any sandwich for a customer.
