We went through the drive through. There was a board advertising to buy one of a few items and get another for a dollar. So I ordered a big Mac meal. I was asked what size and what to drink. I said medium and Dr. Pepper. I then asked to add the dollar special of the chicken nuggets. This threw the intercom person for a loop. I explained what I saw then was asked to wait. Not long later the voice confirmed the deal and I said yes that’s what I want to do. I went to the pay window and paid for the order. I then proceeded to the pickup window where I was handed a bag and thanked. I asked where my drink was and they said there wasn’t one on the order. After a little back and forth I left without my drink and meal completing fries. I figured they just changed the item from the confusion during the ordering process. Down the road a bit I realized I just paid about $10 for a big Mac sandwich. Now I think their receipt charged me for a meal but it just didn’t appear correctly on the order system and receipt. It wasn’t worth that much money. I got took.

Good quick service but it isn’t always clean. Tables are usually covered in crumbs and it almost never fails, you have to wait on the side for drive thru orders.

Even for drinks you have to pull up. No other fast food restaurant does that and they never get your order right. In line now just for drinks.

Half slice of cheese why not a whole slice you charge enough for the sandwich as it is and why isn’t my cheese on my sandwich.? I have been to this McDonald’s in Pinetop AZ a few times and there is always a problem with my meals..not to mention I was told by the kid at the drive thru Kevin that I ordered a sprite when I said a Pepsi and then got mouthy with me manager said nothing to him or did she intervene..the place has been under construction forever and the new drive thru with 2 lanes merging to one is definitely gonna cause a fight..very displeased with your company

I came here to treat my family to dinner. I asked the cashier for the Big Mac Bundle, 2 orders of the 2for$3 hot&spicy and 3 large drinks. I then got my order and only had 1 order of the hot&spicy sandwiches. I then told the manager on duty I was missing 2 sandwiches but he said “you only have 1 order on there”. I then replied “well tell your cashiers they need to listen better because I specifically told him ‘2 orders of the 2for$3 hot and spicy’.” This so called manager of customer service then says “their just kids”… no this is a place of business, this is a fast paced business, this is a customer service business, being a kid is no excuse for lack of listening or lack of customer service, you got hired, you’re getting paid to do a job so do it right. This is no manager, this manager acted like he was their friend rather than their boss. This is an older gentleman. Didn’t catch his name. But he lacks the ability to be a manager. No backbone!
