Unless a guest orders their QPC with lettuce, it should not come like this. All toppings were put on the bottom, now stuck to unwanted lettuce. If no bun, toppings belong on the top, everytime. In fact the bed of lettuce is completely unnecessary when you have tray liners. I ordered breakfast here today as well and it was on point . ♂️

They have a deal going on buy a double cheeseburger get a hot and spicy for a dollar I ordered two of each had to pull around and wait there was four cars in front of me waiting for food. Either they don’t prep their food far enough out or have kindergarteners working there. Only 9 minutes to get two chickens and two burgers.

I was going to purchase food at the thornydale and tangerine mcdonald’s. I got there at eleven fifteen. They were closed. The app says that they are open twenty four hours. The young employee that was emptying the trash, told me that they bring it up to the corporate office often, but they don’t make a change. I could have ordered at 1 of the stores. How along the way that were open? But the app has bad information. They are not open twenty four hours at the tangerine location.

Place was practically empty, both lobby and drive through, yet it took almost 20 minutes to get all of my order. When I finally did get it half of it was almost cold and clearly not fresh. Then when I got home I realized they had forgotten one of the items I got for someone at home. Very annoying. If you can, just go somewhere else. No reason to come to this location.

Was STUCK in the drive thru for over 30min to only have them say they aren’t serving breakfast at 10:35 when cars in front of me had orange juice/coffee. Horrible experience. The person ‘asked their manager’ but refused to let us order.

They wanted me to pull around the corner and wait. It was a quarter pounder and fries. They were very rude and disrespectful. So I said no I will wait here. They came back to the window again trying to get me to move. About that time a truck was pulling around to the pay window. Finally they gave me the meal. Grease all over the bag. I looked and the food, it was not edible. I went down the road to 5 guys and got a real burger. I took pics of the food showing all the grease. Even the box it was in is soaked in grease. Lots of older people around there. If you are an old white guy or anybody. Stay away from this Mcdonalds.

Service is always bad. I got an Oreo McFlurry and it was vanilla icecream topped with Oreos. Same with M&M one. Really disappointed. Worst McDonald’s in Tucson.

Went to McDonald’s on tangerine after work at 10:50 pm. Sat at drive-thru for 5 minutes no one came. Drove up to window finally got someone’s attention. Finally got my double quarter pounder with cheese and they forgot to remove the plastic around the cheese and melted it into my burger.
