I am so happy that the youth at the restaurant are so friendly and outgoing. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Service with a smile! Any time I am asked to wait, I get the food promptly and associates always ask me to verify that the order was correct before I drive away. Excellent! Keep it up!

Food was fresh and hot. Menu at drive-thru includes chicken sandwiches that they don’t have in Arizona. I don’t think they should make you move from drive thru window to save their performance time when nobody is behind you. It cheats their own performance standard. This place needs to be shut down. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and the staff made me wait for 20 minutes!! The drive thru and parking lot was empty, employees at the drive thru are just on their phones while sipping their drinks when the curbside pickup is literally in front of them! After waiting for 20 minutes, I finally got my order. I got my coke that tastes like WATER probably because it’s been sitting for a while and the ice already melted. My large fries that’s almost $5 but it wasn’t filled HALF WAY, If I knew I should’ve just ordered a small one instead. Fries and nuggets are so stale and taste like it was drenched from oil that hasn’t been changed since this store opened. I should’ve just went to another restaurant instead and I’d probably get served a better meal that’s worth my money. I only ordered here because I thought I’d get my food faster since this is FAST FOOD. Would never go back here again, if I have to drive to go to another location, I WOULD. This location was only convenient since I live nearby but NEVER AGAIN. By the time I got home, I didn’t get to eat even half of what I ordered because of the horrible food and service I got from this place made me lose my appetite.

The worst mc donalds experience I’ve had. The wait time here is awfully long. You’d think the food would be fresh for the wait time, but it was very poor quality. Everything was overcooked and dry, even the fries. I had to ask twice for the sauce packets I ordered with my meal but they still managed not to put the sauce packets in my bag(mostly my fault for not double-checking before leaving). Only positive thing I can say is the guy working the drive-thru was somewhat nice.

This place just isn’t up to par with most McD’s. The fries are consistently bad, burgers seem to be microwaved more and service is slow. The staff is friendly and attentive, but the food itself is not good. There’s another one at Tangerine and Thorndale or Cortaro/I-10, both of which are great.

If your thinking that your food will look anything like the menu picture you are sorely mistaken! My chicken sandwich looked like it slept next to a dumpster under a dead body. On another occasion my quarter pounder looked like it was salvaged from the garbage after the last guy threw it out after taking one look. I should have known when there was no line in the drive through at high noon on a Saturday. Poorly run and managed. Should be closed.

Terrible customer service when it comes to taking custom orders. This location is so hit and miss, don’t order something special because you’ll get the wrong order anyways and they do nothing but make you wait in the drive through so they can have 2 minute window times but atleast make my food right!! This isn’t rocket science and employees demanding $18+ to F**K my food up all the time? Nope hard pass, get it together!
