We had lunch here today, and we’re very satisfied with the food and the customer service, this particular staff were helpful and attentive to our special requests. The restaurant seemed clean, as we’re the restrooms, at least this visit. So. I’LL give them a four-star rating. Past visits have not been very good, there’s a lot of inconsistencies in service.

Every time I visit this store, it’s always an awesome experience, very clean and the employees are always very attentive. I’m not sure if he’s the store manager or shift manager he’s an older gentleman with long hair-he absolutely goes above and beyond every trip I make I usually order over the app which is always convenient Id say!! But my last visit they were out of pies and he didn’t mind giving me a refund! Which was so awesome. Wasn’t expecting considering I ordered over the app. But every time I come his team and his self are always very quick and on their feet hustling orders and helping guest! I know it’s tough working in fast food or just anywhere in general now a days! But I’d like to take the time out of my day to thank them for always giving the experience a hundred and ten percent!!! Yall are so awesome and I’ll remain loyal to your store!! Thanks in advance for future visits! Keep up the great work!

Confused cashier didn’t know what she was doing but not the main point. This food used to be decent 40 years ago, especially for the price. I thought I’d stop and get a cheeseburger today. So sorry I did. I got a “double cheeseburger” that was just the saddest little burger, it didn’t even taste like real meat for $5.10!!
I’m ashamed of myself for eating half of it. You all should be ashamed to serve it. Yuck!

I visited the location on Mission and Ajo on 12/02/2025. I placed an order online for 2 Grinch meals and I happy meal. Online gave me an option to pick up my order at counter and thats how I placed it. My order number was 1663. I arrived at the location 10mins after my online order was placed and the lobby was locked. Hours posted says lobby closes at 10pm. I was puzzled so decided to make line through the drive thru. I waited in line about 20-25 minutes before receiving my food,I had already placed my order online 10-15 mins prior to that. Finally got my food and drove off. Opened the meals and food was super cold and noticed the Grinch socks were missing in both meals. I called the store immediately and no answer and no option to leave a voice message. I drove back knocked on door and no response and the drive thru line was ridiculous. I called again this morning 12/03/2025 and still no answer. These meals are very expensive and if they were out of the items to complete this special meal it should have been disclosed when picking up. I wasn’t even greeted when I pulled up to the window nor an apology for the inconvenience of how my order was placed and how it was picked up. They should have not had the option to pick up at counter if the lobby was going to be closed to the public. Their hours are posted online and on the window. Very dissatisfied with yesterday’s experience and service at this location. I feel like the items were not placed on purpose to benefit themselves, knowing phone calls and lobby was not accessible to place the complaints. This was a horrible experience and waste of money. I hope this concern is brought up to this location and to correct the way food items should be picked up. This same complaint was submitted to corporate.

i had a horrible experience with the drive thru manager he was a large man with a pony tale not sure his name. I was informed that there ice cream machine was down- I live down the street and i’ve gone at different times and days and it’s ALWAYS “down” I asked to speak to a manager and this guy comes out and said “that’s actually not a true statement at all and that it’s always working and that the left side is broken” he proceeded to slam the window and yell have a great day. ew this is definitely “i’m a loser and my job at mcdonald’s stresses me out too much” but every time i come i have this issue. I will escalate as much as I can just due to the rude employees. The ice cream machine isn’t down it’s just lazy people that don’t want to clean it lmao

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. They charged me but did not provide my order.
When I went to pick up my order, they refused to give it to me, claiming it had been canceled. This was completely false, as I later received a notification with a receipt confirming my order had been picked up, including the exact time.
The staff was extremely rude and ignored me when I attempted to resolve the issue. They even sent a woman who did not speak English to communicate with me, which I found completely unacceptable and disrespectful.

Ordered through the app. When we got home I was disgusted and disappointed. I paid a lot of money for the quarter pounder deluxe burgers. They were cold and just thrown together. We checked in and had to wait about 15 minutes for our food to come out. But it is McDonald’s and this is usually what you get from them. Just look at the picture. I honestly don’t see anything special that makes this burger so expensive. Not worth it all all!

I had a horrible experience with one of the managers here and drive-through her name finally figured it out. It was destiny. They’re trying to lie to me and said it was Molly and then someone else said it was sad and it turned out. Her name is actually destiny so beware for the morning crew. They are brutal mean and said horrible things to me.
