I ordered 2 Hot Fudge Sundaes tonight and they only about 2/3 full. I asked the person at the window why they weren’t filled and he said the Manager told them they could only fill to below the top of cup, not into lid. I’m 59 and have bought these for a very long time. Never once has this happened to me before. They still charged the full price though! I think they need a new manager.

This McDonalds has really gone downhill over the last year and a half I have lived here. It was decent when we first moved to Sahuarita, but now they don’t seem to have a clue. Whenever we come here for breakfast, they will tell you they’ll be with you in a minute, but continue taking orders from the other line, sometimes 3-4 cars will pass on the other line before they get to you. Today, they told us to wait again, and didn’t even respond to us saying hello several times. I ended up driving up to the window to order. Better off just going to the Green Valley location.

Super slow at drive up window. Tried to give us someone else’s order. Had to correct them. Took over 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us and 2 other cars in 2nd drive up window!! Will never be back to this location!!

This location has always provided friendly and fast service without additional problems. No botched ordering issues unlike the Continental store that always seems to have endless problems.
