Dear McDonald’s Customer Care Team,
I would like to formally file a complaint regarding the service at the McDonald’s location in Nogales, right after crossing from Nogales, Sonora, near the downtown area.
On several occasions, employees at this restaurant have been charging customers $20 to park or stay more than 30 minutes, even when we are customers who purchased food from the restaurant. When asked about this charge, employees stated that the money was “for them,” not an official restaurant policy.
This practice is very concerning because:
• The charge does not appear on any posted policy or receipt.
• Customers are not informed beforehand.
• Employees stated the money was personal, not part of McDonald’s rules.
I believe this behavior is inappropriate and may violate company policies. I am requesting that McDonald’s investigate this situation and take appropriate action to protect customers.
I can provide photos, receipts, and additional details if needed.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent practice of charging for dipping sauces that traditionally accompanied Chicken McNuggets. The nuggets and their sauces have always gone hand in hand, and being required to pay extra for something that was long considered part of the meal feels unreasonable and negatively impacts the overall customer experience.
As a loyal customer, I value the consistency and affordability that McDonald’s is known for. Small changes like this may seem minor, but they make a noticeable difference and give the impression that customers are being nickel-and-dimed for items that were previously included.
I fully understand that there may be cost considerations behind this decision; however, I would strongly encourage McDonald’s to reconsider this policy or provide a more customer-friendly solution, such as including a standard number of sauces with each order of nuggets.

Security guard is incredibly inept and rude… charged me 20 bucks to use their parking lot after buying a drink because I left the premises for 10 minutes. Avoid this place. Bad business.

I was charged $20 for being in the parking lot for only five minutes. I had just gone out to exchange dollars and then came back to buy something right there. He threatened to call the police to have my car towed if I refused to pay.

Worst service ever, I get some snack wrap with extra cheese and extra ranch, they give me No cheese so I take them back and the guy change them after I show him 4 times the resive for the extra cheese, took 25 mins to make 2 snack wraps, not going back to that place.
