This location has multiple issues, but for the last few times I have come they are lacking in their serving portions. Apart from them raising prices, if I order large fries i at least expect to get a large portion of fries.

The Wi-Fi never, ever works here so you can’t do app orders.
Sure you can pull the app up before you get there, and place your order, but as soon as you walk in the store your phone buffers and your codes don’t come up.
So in that case, you don’t get the app price, or your free items… they charge you the menu price..
This is happened to me three times, so I’m going to avoid this place.
$7 for a sausage and egg muffin with no cheese is recockulus.
Also, their biscuits are super dry.

I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s. I have received SEVERELY undercooked food THREE separate times now, which is absolutely unacceptable and a serious food safety hazard. This is not a “one-off mistake” — this is a pattern, and it shows a complete lack of care and quality control.
On top of that, the drive-thru is TERRIBLE. Even when it’s clearly not busy, they will make you sit there for 20–30 minutes with zero explanation. Fast food is supposed to be fast — not a half-hour wait for unsafe food.
At this point I’m tired of giving this location chances. Undercooked food can make people seriously sick, and the fact that this keeps happening means management is either unaware or doesn’t care — both are unacceptable. This needs to be addressed immediately before someone gets hurt.

Bought a happy meal for my son..
It had like 5 french fries and the nuggets were hard/old.
Employees were borderline rude.. like It bothered them I was trying to buy food.
From now on, I’ll go to Wendy’s.

THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER, KIOSK OR NOTHING.
Pretty sad, just about have to do everything yourself here, order yourself, pay yourself… next you’ll have to cook it as well. I’ll never support any busy that wants to make people irrelevant. So went to Wendy’s at the Pilot across the street. Much better service.

Terrible service from Yoselin and Yessenia (the names they gave us, as supervisors)! We waited over 20 minutes and they had already given our food to the car in front of us! The car in front of us gave the food back after checking the bags! We asked if they had given our food to the car in front and they said yes but they denied them touching the food. They had already changed the food to another bag, obviously cuz the other bags were wrinkled!! Pésimo servicio y el personal muy déspotas y siempre con su carota de amargadas!

Not only do wait times average 40 minutes or more during off peak times, they treat English speaking customers poorly. Locations near the actual border are faster and kinder so using this is a border town is not an appropriate excuse for unfair and incomplete service.
