The food could’ve been a lot better, we ordered four fillet-o-fish sandwiches, fries, and two drinks, the sandwiches were cold, but yet we waited a good half hour for them, the sandwiches were sloppy, they put way too much tarter sauce on them, the fries were overcooked and dry and rubbery, and cold, and we spent $35.00 for all of this slop, we weren’t happy, we’re not so sure we’ll return to this location. So on all of these points, a one-star rating on the food. But the restaurant itself is pretty nice, I like the dinosaur out front.

The location was clean and the staff was friendly and out going. I ordered small fries to go with my filet o fish and they were hard. I thought they may have been old but the replacement order was really hot and fresh but still hard and hurt a little to chew. I think the fry cook has them in a little too long. The taste was good just hard to chew. Now my fish sandwich was good. Maybe it was the rush, it was busy.

Poor management and employees. Made an order after a 10 minute wait at tye drive thru lane. Stopped at the first window to pay and the receipt machine was broken, no big deal. Went to second window to pick up order, and the employee asked if I wanted fries. I stated that I had ordered a combo meal, so yes, I wanted fries. She asked me 3 more times if I wanted fries. I gave the same answer until finally, I requested a refund after she became aggravated and slammed the window. A few seconds later, one of the managers arrived and asked for my receipt. I explained the first window issue so she returned my change. Unfortunately it was less than I paid. She did eventually return the proper amount.

I’ve had many many issues here before. From food missing and the staff being rude. On December 3rd around 2:40pm I had to come back inside after my order was wrong in the drive. I was extremely upset as I had been parked for a while. I went to the counter and asked for the manager and the young lady went and got me a woman named Autum. Autum was extremely nice and apologetic about the situation. She gave me a remake of my whole order, and made sure my food was fresh, on top of that I get a free meal for the inconvenience next time I go in!! She will be the reason I return to this location again.

Went to the drive through at 1104, 1 car ahead of me. Ordered a double quarter meal. Sat in the waiting area until 1124. Went inside to get a refund. The manager said it would be done soon. Had to ask for a refund 3 times before I got it. Manager kept the original receipt, so I can’t do a corporate review on the order, but I hope they see this.
Totally unacceptable – almost 16 dollars for “fast food” that is slower than any dine in, locally owned place for the same price.

Ive been to this location several times and its always an issue. From hair in the food to wrong orders. Today had to be the worst. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit without egg because I am allergic. I received a sausage EGG and cheese mcmuffin. When I called out the hair in my food it was okay ill have them put hair nets on. WHATT? You are required hair nets in fast food period. Today it was you can come bsck and replace it? Why would I want to? I dont want to come back ever again. Only reason I did is because it was on my way to work. DO NOT EAT HERE

Typical McDonald’s. Have to order at a kiosk, no ability to order at the front counter. Restrooms were not clean as they should be. The boys loved the velociraptor out front. We did love it is connected to a glass station for a quick fill up before heading on the road.

If driving to or from Tucson, find a loves or other stop.
