Wow. This McDonald’s is crap.. I ordered food thru the drive thru with extra onions. I paid cash and since the line was long and the girl was doing multiple things I skipped getting a receipt..got the order and moved past the second window.. I opened the burger and It came with no onions.. .. I then walked in and asked do my receipt. I told her I didn’t have one but just left drive thru window.. she was very rude and said that she suggests that next time I get a receipt.. I suggested that next time they read the actual order and prepare the order as it was paid for.. then walked out without a refund or my food with some deep frustration.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!
I went to the Burger King next door and got served a great meal without any hassle and decided that this needs to be reported.
No wonder it’s only a 3.3 star rating..

We came here for a coffee and a restroom break. The restroom was clean and the staff is wonderful and very friendly and attentive. The coffee wasn’t very good, but we’re giving 5 stars for a consistently great staff. Thank you for the smiles. That’s a tough job and we have a lot of respect for the employees

We went through the drive through and was told to pull to the front there was a total of 9 cars parked there waiting on their food. By the time all those cars left. We were still waiting for our food then 6 car behind us got their food. We tried asking but the person taking the food out brought us our food and then took it away. My friend went inside and they wouldn’t even give her a refund. They gave her the food but it wasn’t even right order. So I told the girl I said we waited and shes like that’s not my fault. Yes of course not. But we just wanted to eat and not get treated disrespectly. It was awful. And we got one Oreo thing. I was like there’s 4 of us. But they just brushed us off. Bad service bad food and the atmosphere was horrible cuz people started honking their horns cuz they were waiting for their food. Smh

Restaurant looked great however service was terrible! I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a coffee ☕️. AFTER waiting 20 mins for the sandwich and no coffee, I requested help. All 5 of the employees looked like they didn’t deal with customers. Eventually someone came to assist me, said she’d get my coffee, went to pour and the machine was empty. Good grief!!!! I then asked for a cup to get a regular drink. That was provided, but not before the man who was waiting before I arrived patted me on the shoulder and said, “good luck”. Next time I’ll go to Burger King next door

25 mins to wait for a hamburger and fries and then the shift manager Jaclynn decided to serve a friend before me and then informs me they’re out of fries and I’ll have to wait 10 more mins before I get served. I asked why did you serve two people that ordered at least 5 mins after me. She was very rude and matter of fact, I stated I would be doing the survey and making sure that corp knows. She actually giggled at me! The lack of respect is horrible!! Of course she didn’t give the full refund (my fault, I should have checked) Shame on you!

Not all McDonalds are created equal!! This one is in a small town named Globe right off the main highway going through town. This McDonald’s was clean and has the largest bathrooms I have ever seen at a McDonald’s. They also have mirrors in the men’s room which is super rare. The staff asked us three times after we received our food if it met are expectations. So if your not going to try some of the local flavors and just want something fast and a consistent quality of food come check it out! Whoever owns this location should be proud of their employees!! Stop in next time your in Globe.

Waited over 30 minutes in drive through while watching many others who came after me get their food first. Came in to get it and still had to wait 10 more minutes. I only ordered a couple cheese burgers and a fry. Ridiculous!

Staff came out and communicated wait time. The young folks actually smiled when they communicated me about the extra time and made sure I had the drink I ordered as I waited.
