Restaurant looked great however service was terrible! I waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a coffee ☕️. AFTER waiting 20 mins for the sandwich and no coffee, I requested help. All 5 of the employees looked like they didn’t deal with customers. Eventually someone came to assist me, said she’d get my coffee, went to pour and the machine was empty. Good grief!!!! I then asked for a cup to get a regular drink. That was provided, but not before the man who was waiting before I arrived patted me on the shoulder and said, “good luck”. Next time I’ll go to Burger King next door

Waited almost 15 mins for 2 sweet teas. Meanwhile, another car behind me. 2 workers smoking outside. Same guy was just outside smoking with another worker. I went inside to finally be told that it will be a few minutes because it’s being brewed. Low and behold the spout of sweet tea inside available at the soda station was full of sweet tea. I don’t know what the back up process is, but maybe next time someone can walk around the counter and use other resources before cause a delay in business?? Workers were rolling their eyes because I complained and still nobody was moving or had any sense of urgency.

25 mins to wait for a hamburger and fries and then the shift manager Jaclynn decided to serve a friend before me and then informs me they’re out of fries and I’ll have to wait 10 more mins before I get served. I asked why did you serve two people that ordered at least 5 mins after me. She was very rude and matter of fact, I stated I would be doing the survey and making sure that corp knows. She actually giggled at me! The lack of respect is horrible!! Of course she didn’t give the full refund (my fault, I should have checked) Shame on you!

Absolutely inept staff. Be it ordering in person, at the drive through, or through online means like Door Dash, these individuals devoid of brain cells seem to screw up every order. They’ve even given me a cheeseburger without cheese. Perhaps 10% success rate.

There was a very many people so I was surprised that the service was lacking. The cashier didn’t seem to want to help me with my order, and it was very simple with three items and she still forgot one. When I went back to purchase a third item again she seemed very annoyed when she helped me. I tried to use the screen but it wasn’t working. It’s one of the few fast food places on my route home so I’ll continue to use it but it is what it is.

Service was a bit hectic, and food was burnt and thrown together. Also took a long time for drinks to come out and when it did, it was the wrong flavor of frappe. Sauces listed on the receipt were also missing in the order. On the upside, the employees were kind (albeit distracted) and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, not a good experience and I recommend skipping this location.

always a mess, service is slooooow. count on an incomplete order if more than one or two items. Coffee usually has grounds in bottom of cup – still don’t know how they do that. if you complain on the website, a nice manager from Safford will contact you, but she can’t make the employees care. can’t wait till robots handle the order from start to finish; it will be a huge improvement.

We were pleasantly surprised with this being in a small town. It was keep clean inside as well as the restrooms. My food was freshly made and not pre-made and sitting under heat lamps.

It’s suppose to open at 5am that’s what it says on the door that’s what google maps say but they don’t it’s an inconvenience there’s nothing else open for these guys who get up early in the morning to beat the heat just Denny’s and their not real convenient either . Change your hours on your front window!!
