No customer service, had to use mobile app & kiosk. I apparently did it wrong & no one assisted me. The food took 20 min to come out. Also this place does have the free senior coffee. I came for my monopoly game & they ran out of all products with the stickers. I will not be returning

This is literally the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in and all the food was overcooked or burned. One of the people brought us our food rather than calling out the number and expecting us to go get it, but when she saw the mess she just nope’d out and disappeared.

I made the mistake of going there after the high school kids got out of school. It was wild, they were in there screaming, wrestling, it seemed like a weird dystopian movie. The workers were holding it down despite the constant screaming, they had their stuff all over the lobby, just acting like they never have had home training ever. So if you’re a parent and you don’t know exactly where your kids are after school you might wanna make sure they aren’t embarrassing you and themselves in a place where people just wanna get their food and leave.
Idk what the deal is there, but they were mad disrespectful it was actually pretty disgusting. It was weird, they behaved like a bunch of unhinged toddlers, we never acted like that when I was in school, it’s as if they’re emotionally and developmentally stunted. I felt bad for the customers and staff, no one should ever be subjected to that type of outlandish behavior, this isn’t bad boys or baddies, these kids are delusional. Hopefully they have life goals and dreams bc it makes me worry for our future as a society. So sad, like idiocracy come to life. My goodness!

Came here to checkout the play place… Kiddo’s loved it — super friendly and nice to one another, and adults are social, too. Playground appeared clean, and well maintained. Although it was quite busy, so it was a tad loud, along with food preparation taking longer than usual. All in all, it was a good lunch break.

It shouldn’t take 30min plus to get an order in the drive thru. Not to mention if you do the parking curbside order pickup it takes forever so much so you have to come in and grab it even then they don’t move quickly to get your order out. Absolutely the worst franchise of McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I will be contacting corporate, and you’re district managers. This isn’t a one time occurrence this is every time I come here busy or completely empty. Staff is also very very rude.

The server at the second window on February 10th 2026 at 9:15 am (white lady ) was so rude !!! Offer a misunderstanding, and I had literally told her I had no problem paying for the correct item versus her. Just try to give it to me. I had asked for a large caramel iced coffee with caramel drizzle around the cup. They charged me for extra caramel syrup instead of the drizzle, which I understand I get people messed up and I’m literally telling you I will pay for it it’s not a problem for you to cop a attitude and be rude about it after you tell me that well this is what she made and this is what you have to take if you want to change it get back in line after just waiting 15 minutes absolutely not and I normally really don’t go in unless I really had a bad experience, but I refuse to sit there and hear you when you said sorry I’m cranky this morning so you know what you’re doing

Beyond unacceptable to be honest. I stood at the counter with 2 other customers and waited for any kind of service. I was only picking up, and not a single person came to the counter.
And I couldn’t even get my own drink because they decided to remove the customer’s ability to get their own drink. So I grabbed my food and left the cup.
It probably isn’t the staff’s fault. My anger is directed at the company that allows only 2 people in the store to do everything.
Don’t bother with any McDonalds, to be honest. Garbage company run by garbage people.

Do not go to this location. We waited 35 minutes for 2 sodas and a hot and spicy mcchicken. We finally got our order and the chicken sandwich was cold and my sprite was carbonated water. Didn’t even feel like going back to get my order fixed. Everyone one there was waiting a long time for their orders and had to complain to finally get their food. Workers weren’t even going in order.
