I ordered food for my kids, waited 13 minutes, and someone who ordered after me got their food first. I saw the staff just chatting and taking their sweet time. I had to go ask about my order because it looked like it was just sitting there. Once I asked, they finally started making it fast. Do better and make sure staff put their phones away, and not in their back pockets. Plus, my kids’ food wasn’t even fresh, even after I waited 13 minutes.

My fries were completely cold with no salt. And old for that matter. My burgers were soggy and gross and I got one ranch. I ordered 4. It’s not my fault you don’t charge on the website but charge in person. I will never be ordering from this location again. My food was disgusting and cold. Not worth the money.

Everything was fine, except they put very little mayo on my chicken sandwich when I asked and paid for extra. I believe it had even less then what they originally put on it. Are they doing this on purpose?

The food is good and service is decent, but these employees need to start wearing gloves or they need to be more aware of sanitation. I am witnessing a young lady constantly scratch her face and text on her phone…disgusting!! She is the one handling the food! Just gross!!

new, inexperienced, and unfamiliar with common menu items. The floors had trash on the floor in the dinning area and about half of the unoccupied tables were dirty during my visit.

I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in a long time I went there got a hamburger. It was disgusting. Didn’t even taste like a hamburger. I took one bite and threw it in the trash . I got an orange juice as well but now when you order a large, it’s actually a medium, but they still charge you for a large. It was fine. The place was clean and the employees were nice, but as far as his food goes, I won’t eat there for probably another 5-10 years. And only as a necessity.

The service is fine and the food is good, but this McDonald’s is constantly out of something I get with breakfast. It’s either milk or orange juice. Today it’s both?! So I have to get a chocolate milk, which I do not like, and an orange Hi-C instead. I only come in once or twice a week, on my days off. Weeks without milk or orange juice is just such a simple thing to avoid, I would think.
UPDATE: The coffee pictured shows me getting less than a full cup. The line is where they are supposed to fill it. WTH?! And still no orange juice. I didn’t even ask about the milk because I will get some here at home because I took breakfast to go. ♂️
UPDATE: 6 months later and they STILL run out of drinks?! Today, no orange juice OR milk is available. And my hashbrown was cold; not cool but cold. What’s next? No soda?

Okay. How can I rate fast food mass produced food with 5 stars? I can do this because I know what I’m getting before I orde, and the quality of what I’m getting is consistent. I like the taste of the food, and apparently billions of other folks do too!
At this particular location, a lady named Mary is the dining room “hostess”. Mary HUSTLES, she keeps coffee re-filled, delivers food, etc. If you’ve been there before, she knows if you want sugar and cream, and how many of each. I can’t say enough good about Mary.

I was just at one of the mcdonalds on loop 303 & wadell surprise az 85388. Order 42 ticket saids #342 at 7:58Am
Well we were done shopping inside walmart we stopped on our way out at Mcdonalds we were the only people in line the lady at the register was holding texting on her phone. She saids one minute (like her phone is more important).. anyways she takes our order my husband was trying to order he asked her a question about prices she was so worried about being on her phone she couldnt even answer our question rude! .. well we order . She goes to make us a ice coffee slams her phone on the counter without washing her hands! Gives me the most stickest ice coffee spilt all over the sides we let that go … we walk over to the drinks no napkins out to even clean up her mess!! I wait for my food she gives me my bag I asked for extra napkins she said “theres napkins in the bag rude again” I still didnt get any extra napkins. Im attaching the picture here of my ice coffee. I wanted to turn around and ask for my money back but I didnt want to deal with her anymore.after spending $12.46 for this! If someone can please reach out and maybe fix the problem I have never had this bad of experience. she was RUDE & UNHAPPY!! She did not need to be working at that time. I am a manager of foodservice and this is not acceptable

So first order they got everything wrong! Did not get half our oder and what we did get was wrong as well so we tried re ordering our entire again to get it as we ordered it oh but no couldn’t handle it back to back! Everything wrong again and missing half our order again. Meanwhile being charged double and double tip for two drivers. Now we have spent more than $35.00 for two cheese burgers and 6 PC nuggets that we never got. Managers non existence and kids working that don’t give a crap too busy on there phone’s and getting a pay check for doing nothing and no accountability. All staff should be fired and close local! With prices today we can’t afford to pay that much for nothing!! The location in Walmart at prasada Waddell and cotton lane!!! Surprise az.
