I decided to go inside and get a drink. And when I saw the build up a black mold, I was so disgusted, the worst part was when I told the manager, and she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. And just said, “oh okay”. I will probably never be back to McDonald’s. also I touched it with my finger to make sure it is definitely black mold

Awesome! There was only one other car in the drive-thru when I arrived. The employees were fast, friendly, and attentive. My order was correct. The food was hot. My food was tasty. I haven’t been to this location in some years, and I don’t recall ever having any problems here 🙂

I like the food fresh otherwise 90% of the time it tastes like it’s been sitting there, stale, cold and soggy. Yet like a typical lazy worker they decided to just re fry old ones and you can tell by how dark and hard they tasted. Don’t recommend and if you ask for fresh check and ask again, like I should have. I went inside so I was more than willing to wait which is why it doesn’t make sense to not make new ones ♀️

I’ve been to this location 5+ times since they’ve opened and every time it takes at least 15 minutes to get food in the drive thru – even if I’m the only person in the line. Management clearly has not done their job with making sure things run smoothly behind the windows. Ridiculous service for “fast” food. Especially with how expensive things have gotten.

Awful experience and they probably won’t even care, since they didn’t so far. I ordered delivery with them (and have a few times before without issues) and checked with my delivery driver that everything was in the bag. She said she asked and the workers said everything was in there. When I FINALLY got my order (which was 40 minutes long btw!) it literally had my drink and just one hash brown. That hash brown was freezing too (not cold, literally freezing), so the one thing I did get, was not even edible. The bag was missing pretty much my whole order. Also, my order on my end does not have everything removed from my sandwich? So idk why it says it on there. Definitely something wrong with their system, who would order/pay a sandwich and then remove every single part of the sandwich..? Doesn’t make sense.
So the workers didn’t even check and make sure it was correct. They just sent a huge bag with just a drink in it and one freezing cold hash brown. You’d think someone would see it’s missing most of the items. Took forever to get help and couldn’t even get a full refund, even though I didn’t get what I ordered at all. Definitely not going back here and went to another location to get the right food, which was a way better experience.

I ordered the number 7 meal. 2 cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. Originally I was given the wrong order so I had them fix it. Took a while to receive the correct meal. Got home and noticed it tasted off, they forgot to put the onions on my cheeseburger. Also the customer in front of me ran over a glass bottle in the drive thru and glass shattered everywhere. I told the girl and she simply responded that she heard it. Drive thru is disgusting, service was bad, food is disappointing. Don’t bother to come here, just go to Five Guys or In and Out for a better burger and service

So ordered dine in this evening with my family, I go to use the women’s restroom and there’s a ROACH in the big restroom and dead bugs under the sink. After my meal my stomach is turning, I am so disgusted, I told the supervisor on the shift and he said this is a recurring issue…. If your establishment has recurring roaches, they should not be serving food. I am beyond disgusted.

Worst McDonald around. Tried to charge me $12 for two McGriddles. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and didn’t get my order taken . Had to go to window and order.
