Went for pickup today and was barely making ends meet and when I got my fries they were just absolutely cold and so annoying because they should be hot and ready and even had me go to a parking spot to get the food. Even then the girl at the window could be little more nicer because now I am going to nit pick because that’s so annoying. I’m super nice every time and disappointing.

Placed an order via kiosk. I’m aware of the crazy price hikes, therefore I have no intention on that being stacked on top of the issue. However, if there are no customers inside the restaurant, 2 vehicles in the drive-through. Lunch literally just started serving so the food should be fresh. How is it possible to place a simple order and after a period of 11 minutes I receive two cold hamburgers and room temperature fries. Unreal.

They also allow people to bring non service dogs in the restaurant. Ppl have allergies and just don’t want dogs sniffing and walking around while we are eating.

This place claims to be open until 1am but actually closes WAY before, tired going the other day around 11:30ish pm and the drive was closed but there was people eating inside so I assumed maybe just the lobby was open, NOPE an employee came out to tell me they were closed and that the people eating were their friends who stopped by??? They really should change their close time on every maps app if they aren’t going to be open.

Sick of every McDonald’s in surprise having different rules and prices. Now all of a sudden at THIS location you can’t get a large drink WITH the McDouble meal you have to ADD an extra drink.. absolutely ridiculous when you already raised the price of the meal a whole $1. I just don’t understand how you can use the same company name but NOTHING be the same except the food. The fries may be shit at Burger King but the burgers are better and the prices and polices are the same at all the locations at least in this area.

Your employees need to learn how to properly give customer service, am picking up an order. Order was literally dropped on the counter, no greeting not even spoken to, not even an order name called because several people were waiting for orders. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I walked in. Just so around rude.

I called this afternoon to see if and when my local McDonald’s would be getting the new caviar kit. The lady who answered the phone just said “yes,” and when I asked my question, she replied “I don’t know” then hung up. SMH.
Seriously, where has the politeness gone? Whatever happened to, “Thank you for calling McDonald’s, how can I help you?”
And this isn’t the first time. Try going through the drive-thru at this location the employees are often rude. They’ll cut you off mid-order, say things like “Is that it?” or jump straight to “That’ll be…” before you’ve even finished. Sometimes they act like you’re bothering them for ordering more than one item. It’s unbelievable.

When I give out stars, I do it so that they are proportionate to the expectations. Yes, a McDonald’s can get five stars. It will be held to a much lower standard than a fancy restaurant in Beverly Hills. With that being said, this easily was the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. It was very mechanical and sterile. That applies to the tables and counter, as well as the staff. With one exception, the staff could not have been more cold, disinterested, and unhelpful. As a manager, I would have fired everyone on the crew, with one exception, and would have shut down the place until I could hire people who want to be there and have a good attitude. My son ordered the two cheeseburgers combo, asking for mayonnaise to be added to them. Instead, he got one cheeseburger with double the amount of mayonnaise you would give to someone in the Marines, and the other one had no mayonnaise. With zero exaggeration, there was a half-cup of mayonnaise on the cheeseburger. It was all over the place. It got thrown away before I could take a picture of it. When we asked for ketchup, they were all out. Someone had to go to the back to get more. There was also no soap in the bathroom, and the hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the restaurant were empty.

Went to the drive thru around 10:20pm on Thursday April, 18th. The women who had taken our order at the speaker was rude and unprofessional, she was rushing us on our order and then once we had pulled up to the window she had a nasty attitude. Kept laughing and looking at us while proceeding to do so. The young lady had a blue shirt on with a jacket had super long hair that was up and had a nose piercing. On top of the rude and unprofessional customer service the food was burnt, we couldn’t even enjoy it nor eat it. We had ordered 4 20 piece chicken nuggets, hot fudge sundae, 1 chocolate shake, 1 black coffee, 1 apple pie, and a number 5. When looking through the window we had seen the oil and it had looked black which makes sense why the food tasted disgusting. Would not recommend this location at all. You’re better off going to chick fil an and making the extra drive. I give out multiple reviews and I try and be fair with them this was absolutely disappointing and now I know why I don’t go to this location anymore.
