Terrible service, even late at night!! Order is often wrong and food is often cold and/or of poor quality!! Unfortunately, I end up at McDonald’s frequently and it doesn’t matter if I go via the drive thru, order on the app for pick up or go inside, it’s all the same, very very poor service and poor quality food (even worse than you would expect from fast food)!!!

I ordered a caramel iced coffee last night and, no joke, got a cup full of creamer. My boyfriend also mentioned the girl was kind of rude and looked like she did NOT want to be there. Understandable but like… a cup of creamer…? Mmm.

Asked for a hamburger without mustard and they put mustard. Fries were stale and cold.. poor service. Pick up your order inside and open up the meal and check your order.. these kids cannot be trusted.. better off going to Red Robin..

Ordered q mcdouble an a small fry. As soon as it hit my stomach, it gave me diarrhea, not eating here ever again. Clean your grills properly !!!!
