I started my order off by saying “let me start with a small fry and a large sprite” the guy tells me i didn’t order this sprite and had me wait 20 minutes to argue with me that i didn’t order the sprite! then i get my food and both of my fries might as well have been small because they are literally a small in a large container never again . terrible service

We did a drive through mobile order, aka we ordered ahead. They made us pull to the front and we waited for TWENTY MINUTES. We went inside and they kept saying “it’s almost done, please go wait in your car!”. All we ordered was a cheeseburger, snack wrap, and frappe. And after that hella long wait, they forgot our frappe. We were there in the hot sun for 30 minutes total. I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s again.

This McDonald’s is a Traveler’s Friendly Dining Room experience. They have multiple electrical outlets available for multiple users. You are able to Re-Juice, Relax, and Enjoy the warm, Friendly and inviting team. They have napkins and condiments available at pick up window so that you don’t have to ask and bother someone for something that should be accessible. It is very clean, organized and quiet here. Awesome job to the team!

So what kind of worker talks to it’s customers like if they are talking to a baby? Last night I went to buy a cheeseburger and some “girl” aka the worker witch I don’t know if it was a girl says back to me “do you want a cheeseburger?” Like if I was a little kid or some type of baby. I only write reviews when something is really good or ready bad. This was really bad. Started by waiting in the drive through for 35 MINUTES. There was literally only 5 cars in front of me. Then I get to the window and the girl reads me 3 orders that are not mine. She finally reads the right one. So she ask me to pull up to window 2. I sat there for another 20 minutes. 3 cars behind me got there food before me. I went inside and lost it about how ridiculous this was. They ended up giving me a refund and I left. I have been to McDonald’s all over the world and this is by far the worst one. The reviews on this place are not lying.

I dont know what is going on with this neighborhood but what I am hearing on the reviews about these McDonald’s in this area is down right crazy. I don’t see this or feel this at any of these location near me… These comments are off the chart with demands…. Why don’t they have that or why is it not like this…. or why wouldn’t they just give me… Hello entitled people… it takes money to run a business… I don’t hear you talking about your business… Im curious now if you even have one or if you just go around to others businesses demanding things from them. So what if they didn’t have the frap machines up and running when you went in… How about, Wow, McDonald’s. Glad to have you in the neighborhood… Hope you have those machines up and running soon, can wait to try those Fraps.. Came here twice this week and both times I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order. I did curbside pick up both times. It should take that long ESPECIALLY when there isn’t a line in drive threw or the counter.

This location needs to improve immensely!!! Past few months every time we go there out of things. No sodas, Frappe machine broken. Not understanding how its a brand new location and Frappe machine is broke ?? No chocolate milk…. French fries are always cold and old tasting, even when you ask for fresh ones.

Poor customer service. They see you standing there and don’t even acknowledge your presence or give a simple, we will be right with you. They just continue doing whatever they are doing. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to even utter a word to me. If the order wasn’t already paid for through the app , I would’ve left . Smh never coming back again
